I admit, I was one of those people that went 100 percent all the time and I injured myself in all kinds of ways and judged myself if I didn’t go hard enough. I too have completely changed my perspective on training but I wish I had realized it earlier.

Great point!! That 70% is the magic number.. I hate running long distances for 30 min to a point that I never looked forward to it. Now, I do 30 sec sprints and run hills for only 5-10 min and I enjoy it.

What's been killing my energy to be able to work out is I've been feeling guilty because "If You Don't Push and go to the EXXTREME!, You won't get any results" And Ive been feeling like I need to find More Motivation and Get pumped myself, but sometimes that's hard to do when you suffer from alot of family issues". This video helped me. 👍

I think it's part of life. We go hard core and we lose ourselves or get injured and then we have to analyze the decision and see what we have to do differently. We either recover patiently or we rush the process of wisdom and knowledge and go back on the same cycle of learning.

I’m gonna get a lot of hate for this. But I always felt Mike Chang was full of shit. Then i watched this video a few months ago and the wisdom he has given me has meant I have worked out 6 days a week at 70% rather than all out, get burnt out, leave and come back again. Thank you Mike and i apologise for my past inner hate towards you. You’ve changed my life for the better
