So I went on a walk every day since the first of January (about 1 hour and 5km a day). I changed my eating habits step by step and I feel way better and lost a little weight. Just wanted to share this because I am proud of myself. ♡

I lost 23 Kgs doing just that. My stamina kept increasing so I'd find excuses to get out of the house and walk even though I'd already done my hour. I didn't change my diet (Indian food is already healthy, its just that I wasn't burning anything off when I didn't move as much) but I changed my dinner time to 6pm. I'd eat nothing after that. In the morning I'd remember to have a big breakfast. It felt so good when I had to change so little that my brain didn't keep finding excuses to cheat.

SMALL changes yes!! I was following so many influencers who cut out fast food/soda/meats/etc all at once to lose weight or get fit and if it worked for them, that's great. But LITTLE changes. Slow and steady! I've slowly cut out soda since October, tripled my water intake, and now I crave water??? hello??? Also, it's so nice to be following someone who didn't start out athletic. Hecking love your journey. And Greg. What a great man he's been to your life! Happy for you

Being comfortable in the gym is so important. I notice whenever i don’t go at my usual time (5am) I am extremely uncomfortable. I am used to the people that are there at 5am, I like that there is max 12-15 people including me at that hour & I’ve made friends with the girl who runs the front desk. I have went at 1pm and at 6pm before and I hated it. All i wanted to do was get out and go home. I was miserable. I think going into the gym to get comfortable, but also going at a set time will help you get more comfortable because you will see the same people around that time usually

I just made the closest thing to a home gym that I could. I give you so much credit for going to the gym. I've tried for years to get comfortable and no go. No biggie. I've started really training hard at home and I'm seeing great results, even while pregnant 😊

Greg is a saint! I've just started my fitness journey and I'm so excited! I've done it before so I know I can do it. I have learned from my mistakes and I really think I'm a better person for it, although going on a 3 year no health bender cause me to gain like 60 pounds... oops better late than never. Have you tried CrossFit? I want to try it eventually, but I am making small changes. I'm currently doing whole 30.

I started my journey January 3, 2019 and I have lost 11 pounds so far (It is exiting.) Also, I have changed Mentally. I have never felt so mentally happy and motivated. My days are better and so positive. It has been almost 4 weeks, but I see and FEEL the changes withing my body and mind. It is amazing. I Am here watching your videp to be even more motivated to keep on going. January 27th was my bday so i did cheat and felt so guilty, but i am back on track. I am exited for the up coming months.I am a mother of a 9 month baby boy, and I dont have a gym membership. But, I do not want to look for excuses. I will get a gym membership soon, but To each one of you wanting to start, Start TODAY and you wont look back. Best of luck to everyone.

For my beginner gals, small changes are key! Oats are the best thing ever for breakfast , with a little bit of blueberries for natural sweetness! Up your water intake too!!

I’ve already changed my diet and started home workouts but there’s only so much I can do at home. I’ve been researching and researching and still afraid to use my gym... I have bad anxiety and recently lost all my muscle in the last five years due to Gastro Paresis. I’m not use to being out of shape and it’s so hard for me to decide on workouts and I get nervous and forget what To do. Xoxoxo I already notice less anxiety and more energy and less bloating which is wonderful!

You inspire me so much. I suffer from an undiagnosed autoimmune condition right now (doctors are trying to figure out what it is) and arthritis/spine issues. You helped me eat a lot healthier and I eat very healthy. Unfortunately and not unfortunately- I cannot eat unhealthy. I violently throw up. We don’t know why. So I usually just look at your super healthy meals with no sauces. Hoping I can crush my goals despite arthritis with your workouts! Although I may have to adjust according to my physical therapist :)

I've just started my fitness journey! My mum encouraged me to take a walk every day (it takes me about an hour) which I've been doing, and a couple days ago I tried push ups. It made me realise how unfit I am because I needed to modify my goal to being able to get down to the ground, but I'm ok with that! I have to start somewhere right? I'm still amazingly sore as I write this, but I'm excited about giving it another go soon. I've been looking up things I can try at home because going to the gym is too intimidating for me at the minute. Thank you for the encouragement!! I might be very unfit right now, but I really want that to change even if it takes me years to do it
