we're so similar in every way; I'm having trouble balancing my hobbies and finding time for them. I have my instrument and (like you) a keen interest in art, and I also love reading but on top of those, there is school so I can't find time to improve at the things I love. tysm for this video

See with me, I have trouble w/ sticking to routines. Routines can get boring rather quickly for me. I struggle sometimes with executive functioning because of my energy levels. What I have been doing is doing a little of my academic assignments each day . Then my free time is either spent on social media or doing some productive, like cleaning , dancing, making art, reading articles /books online, etc. I do it impulsively. And I don’t punish myself anymore for things I don’t get done in 24h.. Also, budgeting time and being reasonable about how you spend your time. Screen time app on IOS can definitely help . I try to use google calendar and my study life to see what I need to get done. Also, working at night on academic projects isn’t a problem for me , it’s more so that I enjoy the peace and tranquility the night time provides. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed watching your video and hope to apply something similar!
