I'm used to being quite organized with my morning schedule, starting with an early run. But sometimes my energy just drops and I just can't figure out how to recharge quick, you know? For example, this past week was a total mess because I couldn't wake up, but no because of lazyness, because my eyes wouldn't open and my body wouldn't move at all and all I feel is tireness all over my body. I work and study, so sometimes I understand that I'm asking for too much by doing so much in the mornings and evenings, I quite get it if my body needs to rest and asks for it in this chaotic way, I'm the type of person that says "no" when my body ask nicely. So, beautiful person who's reading this: Not all mornings are gonna be nice, sometimes you won't complete that goal of "waking up early for 5 months" or "running daily", because we get tired and is nothing to be ashamed or frustrated of. Your schedules aren't gonna work the same forever, I lost the count of how many modifications I have had to do to them. You won't be able to give up on some things nor to accept enterily others, and it's fine (I'm talking about big and small stuff here: I tried to give up on milk and It took me three months lmao). Do what works for you. Met your limits, but never break your heart.

Very needed words. No matter how many times I've told myself these same things, it's still hard to believe then sometimes. So thank you.

I also like the sleep functionality on iphone, it's so much less stressful with the alarm sounds and I like how it blocks notifications in the evening when bedtime comes around
