1. Knowledge is power (no but honestly, isn’t it fascinating how we can always learn more and more? And there’s so much we still don’t know?! I can’t even grasp how much there is to know; this vast bubble of infinite knowledge ), 2. It can actually be really stimulating and fun…for example: your favourite hobby is horse riding so everything you learn while taking lessons you will soak up like a sponge 🧽 and you will really enjoy doing so! Therefore, when putting it to practice it can also be very rewarding! 3. It can always be helpful for the future or for understanding for example politics and other more difficult topics!!!

1.I love deep conversations about certain topics and the more you read about that topic or know about that topic you realise how it is connected to this world and everything else and being able to spread that knowledge to others 2. Secondly it makes me more aware of the contributions of great people and how it has shaped our world and how I can change it too by learning more about what I like 3. Thirdly I'm generally a very curious person so anything I find different from the normal I want to know more about it

1. There is so much to learn in this world (I mean if you think about the space or maths or the ton of languages) that waits to be learned and explored by you 2. It is actually fun, when you listen to music or have friends to study with, you could have delicious snacks in you study breaks and also writing fancy notes is so much fun because you can be creative AND you learn something 3. I'm a really ambitious person so I try to always give my best and always try to be better than last time (learning is growth and it can be really motivating to become the best version if yourself with all the knowledge you built over time!)🥰📚📑

Often I fail to understand some key concepts. What do I do then? I feel more of a fool then ...

I feel like making studying aesthetic can also make you more inspired to learn and study. For example, I switched my backpack to a pretty one and started putting enamel pins and keychains on it, and now whenever I see it it makes me want to pick it up and use what's inside. I also like studying in nature on a picnic blanket instead of locking myself in my room at my desk because it relaxes me more when the subject is tough or boring. Using a pretty hw agenda or bullet journal is another thing. I also love fantasy, so pretending that some classes are magical (ex. Chemisty is potion making) helps me feel less bored in the subject. this is a good idea but i tried it and it didnt' work for me. I ended up wasting time and tried to make things pretty all the time and fit into the aesthetic (room/notes/stationary) and i noticed i'd been wasting time instead of studying. I just dropped all it and started trying to focus and study more rather than get fixated on the aesthetics (i'm kind of a perfectionist, i'd rip the page halfway through my notes if it didn't look a certain way and start over again). i'm glad it works for you

I GENUINELY like learning, but i hate studying

I love studying and learning because: - Knowledge is power. The more I know, the more I can do. - The new gained knowledge allows/helps me in shifting my perspective on things around me and makes me more aware of certain things and situations. - Learning makes me feel satisfied when I finally get a solution to something that I was trying really hard to decode or solve.

Reasons why I love learning 1. If the subject is to my liking, I feel peace and calm while reading it. 2. Sometimes, It's just nice learning new things you weren't able to do before. Why i love learning: -it feels good to know that it's because of my hard work and effort that i achieved something like a good grade -i like it when someone asks "hey, i don't get this. Could you help me?" and i can be like "yes dude i know that, i can help you, i studied that sh*t" -i like the idea that every moment i learn even just a bit helps contribute to a future full of possibilities -it makes me feel better about myself -the more i study the more motivation i have because of my good results

Reasons I love learning: - I love the feeling of finally crossing something off my to do list when I've completed it - I want to be informed in society, I love the feeling when people are talking about something I know and I can contribute to the conversation instead of feeling like dead weight - I love the thought that my career enables me to use the knowledge I learn to help people who are in need and come to me seeking help Also, actually getting me to do this activity in the comments section shifted my perspective, because previously all my lists involved why I should like the end goal, but this question "why I love learning" go me to think about why I should enjoy the process and not just the result

I think learning overall just boosts SELF-CONFIDENCE: - You get a wider perspective on topics and can therefore be more convincing with your knowledge - It can give you new tools for everyday life - You gain the ability to be the one teaching others about the topic - Concentration skills develop - The satisfaction you get from learning/understanding a new topic is something unique and undescribable Thankyou for the video Jade, it helped me

I love learning because : - it makes me feel the main character in my life who is improving through time - it makes me proud of my self after understanding something I find it hard at the beginning - it makes me feel that I have the control on my brain - it's so fun doing some challenging math exercices even I get nervous when I stuck with something.

"School is not everything in life" Facts. I'm going into year 11 this year and that is one shocking realisation that hit me a few months back. Adults always told me this but I never took them seriously, I genuinely believed my education was everything I needed to focus on right now. I always put all my energy into studying, and of course got top grades because of this commitment, but it meant I was sleep deprived most of the time and barely had time to do activities I enjoyed and was quite tired because of this. Funny thing is, even though I spent so much time on school, I didn't always meet deadlines either and my time management was basically all over the place, and if you've been there, you know how burdensome it is. And so at one point, I just had this sudden feeling that I'm giving up other aspects of my life all for this temporary stage that is actually prepping me for bigger things in life, and if I continue like this I'm going to end up energy-drained when I get to the real deal! And it's not like I can just ditch school altogether because I've planned my future leading on from it, but at least I can try and balance it out more with the things I would actually want to do everyday if I didn't have schoolwork taking up so much of my time.

I love learning because: 1-makes me feel special that i know more stuff in some topics 2-to make future me proud 3-it opens new opportunities 4-because learning is powerful tool 5-being bussy during learning make me feel alive 6-i want to benefit the socaity

something that helps me to study is directly taking care of myself beforehand and making sure that i feel calm and more at peace with everything. i absolutely cannot study when i feel like a piece of shit and it honestly makes it worse. so i'd take a shower, read a book, clean my room, listen to music and then start doing schoolwork. another thing is giving myself dopamine in a healthy form while i'm studying. it can be hard to do anything when it doesn't make u feel anything in a positive way. so i recommend eating some of your favorite food or having a nice atmosphere, or maybe your friends could help u study, it really helps me stay focused and motivated. (sorry this is long) and finally, watching study vlogs or shows help me a LOT in terms of being motivated long-term. certain shows with characters and scenes that romanticize schoolwork make it seem more fun and less horrible. i hope this helps!!

I gain a deeper appreciation for the world and it’s subtle beauties when I understand how the systems and processes that make it function work :)

Why I love studying: - I feel better at the end of the day (no guilt/stress) and I can have better grades - I get to learn so much things and it satisfies my curiosity - The atmosphere (thinking/being productive/the lo-fi/aesthetic...)

Reasons why I like learning: 1) I am an observer and I like to know how things around me work. 2) I like to share fun facts (in my definition telling people small packets of a huge concept I learned) I feel sort of happy when they get curious and ask questions indirectly expanding my horizons (works especially well in concepts like philosophy and metaverse) 3) I just love communication just the idea of I learned something literally anything and doing something with that knowledge and sharing its pictures and writing long paragraphs of the process and how it made me feel how proud I am and then having a chat about it to people who are just as passionate as me takes me to cloud nine. If I have to summarize what I wrote above would be: I love learning cause its cool, and I love communicating. Thanks for reading.

I love studying because: -makes me feel productive -having more school knowledge than my friends/family -can help me get my dream life -i love to get good grades -its so comforting and calming (until it gets hard) -i feel so much better wehn i studied for more than an hour, i go to bed with a proud feeling -> sleep good, i go to school knowing that i probably will get the highest grades which makes me feel so confident and powerfull -every day that i strudied is just overall a good day!

I like studying because: 1. It makes me feel accomplished, especially when/if I get a good mark for it 2. 4:08 Been struggling with Chemistry a lot since GCSE. Took that subject again because I know that it's important for the course I want to take in uni. I was also recommended by the school to actually drop it during As Levels but I didn't want to and kept stagnant with C grades. Until this year, I re-sat for it in May/June and finally got a B(which has been my target all this time)! I've also been doing way better this year than last year so really, our mind plays a very important role in the way we perceive things. The more you surround yourself with negativity, the more you manifest it. Hence, the more likely you are to do not as great when you are actually capable. If I believe in you, you should believe in yourself too! 💕💕💕

two top reasons sound egotsitical. Seems like the difference between Indian and Western schools. Indian school students seemingly have to compete to get the highest grade because the teacher says your grade out aloud or put your name from top to bottom from highest to lowest when it comes to grades. It doesn't have to be a competition bruh. Good for you I guess if it makes you feel good

I like 1) feeling that 'aha' moment after struggling to understand something, 2) feeling my passions ignite when learning something interesting, 3) the sense of accomplishment from achieving a goal. Most of my struggles when it comes to studying root from feeling terrible about myself when I don't understand something right away. I'm learning to deal with that now. I've also struggled a lot with depression and feeling suicidal. I wish I could aim for grad school, like I used to want so badly, but with the grades I got when in the depth of my depression I don't think it's possible. I'm seeing where the wind takes me

I'm gonna come back to this video when I feel disempowered about studying, to remind myself that I am the one who chooses to study, and its not just another thing I have to do

This was actually really empowering, thank you so much. A lot of my reasons for not studying is that it takes a long time, it requires a lot of focus, and it's hard for me to get and stay comfortable because I fidget a lot and have ADHD and I am still learning what works best for me and that also* takes a lot of time. Not to mention the mental health side of things, and even though I like the topics, or I have interest in them, it's hard for that interest to continue throughout the semester when I'm drained and feeling particularly mentally unwell, but videos like this definitely hit home. I love learning and having the power that comes with being knowledgable, and being capable of multiple things, but like you said, motivation is such a fleeting thing, and I genuinely struggle with doing things that I simply don't want to do.

Oh my god, this video has changed my perspective drastically. Studying the cartoon and animation department has been my dream since middle school and this desire has never changed. I have a wide variety of original ideas for designing characters and writing stories, I want to work hard if I can win, I've been trying for a few years but I didn't work hard enough, I wanted to try again because this year has also changed, everything is so much better for me.

Reasons to love studying: 1. Getting to know new things that make me know the world a little better 2. Allowing myself to be absorbed by a certain topic 3. The satisfaction of working hard while listening to the angelic voice of BTS Reasons I hate studying: 1. the feeling of people judging you on your grades 2. the label put on students because of studies(nerd,topper,flunking student,etc.)

That's so true, social media really destroys us not just our brain and focus but our entire body, the constant scrolling really affects our focus and can create Attention Deficit, when we don't want to watch something we scroll, when we think that a video is boring we scroll, we should really stop with this circle, that's why watching YT is better a lot of Learning and the Videos aren't short like 30 secs and etc.

i love studying because: 1) i would do anything for the outcome , i would work as hard as possible so when the day finally comes I prove to my self and everyone i am better than who you think i am ( this year in my country is considered so important because it can litterly decide what your future will be so everyone has to study hard)2) i love studying because i love the journey and i love seeing myself achieve those little wins throughout the process 3) i love studying because i love working hard because i have a true belief that working hard ALWAYS has an outcome no matter if you got a good grade or not

i love learning because its a way for me to escape the world and focus on myself, its just me and my books. also i love to think of the life ill be living because of the time and effort i put on my studying now, being reward with a great future by my own self is so motivating for me. last but not least studying is a way to prove to myself that i can and i will, i did! it as u said challenging myself

Every time I study specially my favorite subject, it makes me feel that. I'm getting more closer to my dream.🥰✨

However, it is also very simple to get what I want, it's just never easy. Knowing that learning will ultimately transform me into everything I am supposed to be in the future really inspires me. Why I like studying

I was really feeling unmotivated to study the past few days and found this video and I think I can get back to studying now, this really helped me a lot, so thank you so much! And as for three reasons why I like learning 1. When I study hard and get good grades it's actually so satisfying to see that my efforts have a good outcome and I get a boost of confidence that I've done well 2. I feel like when I study a lot and achieve something or in general just studied well I can make my parents proud for all the things they've done for me like paying for my classes, and helping whenever I needed it I feel like I can repay them when I study well 3. Genuinely studying can be a really interesting thing cause you learn new things, find out new skills, and it pushes you to your full capacity and I like seeing my full potential when I study well Even though it's easy for me to get unmotivated sometimes and procrastinate studying is really a fun thing to do! I can 100% relate to struggling at maths and constantly having a bad mindset around it. I’m only in year 10 and desperately wanna drop out after this year to pursue my dreams of being a self employees influencer and a onllne clothing business owner. In Melbourne where currently in lockdown too making it super hard for me to stay motivated to do work. I would much rather go on my phone and watch Unjaded Jade for hours and forget about school ahah this video really helped and I feel like I could relate to what you were saying. Xx

Hey, I study maths at University and I think schools place way too much emphasis on maths and science, if you don't enjoy it don't beat yourself up about it or get too down, just try to get a pass and you won't have to worry about it again. It's not taught in a particularly accessible or interesting way at school so don't be hard on yourself. This wasn't particularly relevant to your comment I just see too many people suffering because they're not doing well at GCSE maths and I don't want you to stress about it!

why i love studying: - ticking the boxes. i love making a long to-do list and at the end of the day seeing them all checked off. i love feeling satisfied falling asleep knowing i have spent my day productive. - spending time on my own. i love being unbothered by any negative thought and actually focusing on improving myself. i love doing things at my own steady and slow pace. i love playing music and deciding whatever genres i want to hear. - learning new things. i love doing things that have educational values that actually prove useful for me in the future. i love visualizing myself looking back knowing my efforts have paid off. i never comment but this video is a huge huge motivation for me. thank you so much!!

yes YES! i was recently having a convo with my family about sources of motivation. basically i've spent 5 years at a grammar school, which naturally comes with so much pressure and a huge self deprecating environment. my parents were asking how i seemed to avoid that AND come out with better grades than i ever could've expected a few years ago. we decided it was because, at some point, i changed my perspective and the SOURCE of my motivation. i wanted to do well because i enjoy the process of learning & growing and my goals came from wanting to make a change in the long run. not because i was afraid of what might happen if i underperformed, or what people might have thought, or of some image i was desperate to conform to. and most importantly, not because some school and problematic friends heaped on overwhelming pressure and made me feel like failure wasn't an option. you've gotta do it for YOU and YOU only, because you truly want to. (i've only watched 2 mins but you've already somehow vocalised so many things i've been considering omg thank you!!

I love learning because • it feels good understanding what the lecturer teaches • it makes feel knowledgeable •it makes me satisfied

Long comment, but hopefully someone can find something useful in here! 3 reasons I love learning and studying: 1. I like the dark academia aesthetic. 2. I want to BE a person who learns and studies. 3. Knowledge and certainty bring me comfort, and I feel really satisfied and confident when I'm successful at studying. 3 reasons I can't find motivation at times (if anyone has any tips for these, PLEASE share!!): 1. I suffer from hypersomnia/chronic fatigue, so it's REALLY hard to find the energy to study. 2. I also have ADHD, and I often get "stuck" or "paralyzed" being overwhelmed with the idea of even starting my tasks for the day. 3. When I'm feeling uncomfortable, I have a lot of difficulty realizing that my misery and discomfort will be temporary. Logically I know it's not true, but this emotional part of me panics that I'll be stuck doing homework or studying forever and gain no autonomy. I dislike math, and my teachers in my formative years are entirely to blame. I once had a math teacher yell at me until I cried for the criminal offense of not understanding imaginary numbers in the sixth grade. 🙄 I want to be excited about learning and studying, so much that it's its own reward. I don't know if that will always be possible, but I haven't been able to form studying habits so I tend to rely on my fleeting motivation. I know that's inefficient and often ineffective though.

As in the great example of Plato's allegory of the cave, I want more and more to keep my eyes and mind open to the "TRUE TRUTH". -- Studying allows me to change my life. I live in a reality where the people around me just plant the same things that their parents planted, that is: they plant a loop of pseudo success, they plant a cycle of poverty, mainly mental, and they plant prejudices, mainly racial and social barriers. -- I love studying because I know that only with study, becoming a big head is that I will be able to change the world! -- Bonus -> I love to study because I love to teach. ;) Great video girl, I really enjoyed it! I love learning beacuse there is nothing more rewarding that reflecting on the past and relising how much you have learned, how your percpectives have changed, how much wiser and more powerful you are (because knowledge IS power) and how much you have achived. And it all starts with sitting down at your desk...

this is definitely going to be useful for when i go back to school. i've been moved down from top set this year, and i cant wait to prove the teachers wrong and move up again !! this change in my learning has only motivated me even more

1. Its my belief that it the knowledge i acquire by learning will help me in using it in the future to avoid/ solve problems 2. I love being a winner, and if there's anything that could help me be it, i would throw myself to learn and gain knowledge about it. 3.
