She looks absolutely miserable and on the verge of tears most of the times. The smiles seem very fake and plastered. I think the novelty of Oxford will soon wear of and start to become a dread. It doesn't look like she really enjoys her courses, more like she is trying to escape the actual work by library-hopping and cos-playing a dark academia character

Ruby, I feel like we've grown up together. I can remember being in high school and watching your videos about preparing for GCSEs and A levels while I was getting my university applications ready. I watched you all throughout my undergraduate whenever I needed a boost of motivation, which was much needed especially during COVID. Now we're both working on our Master's degrees and pursuing careers that we're passionate about. Thank you so much for being on this journey with me and letting me be on yours with you

Go Ruby! I was an English student at Cambridge back in the day and remember how isolating and lonely it can feel to have all the academic pressure. Lovely video as always Ruby, I am glad you are enjoying oxford! Yes water is so essential! Some of my classes are 4 hours (they give us breaks aha) but at times water is soo important for my brain to keep going and not loose focus ❤

I just love this time of the year, the start of a new winter semester 🍂📚 And our routines are actually quite similar, just that my first class starts at 9:45 ☺️

Just try and be glad you are not getting a 6.30 train, that’s what my first job after graduating required……I wished I was back at the 9.00 lectures which were only a walk away rather than having to get up at 5.00 to drive to the train station! Not fun in mid winter. I very quickly looked for another job….

Hi Ruby, I've been watching ur videos for a while and it's amazing how we have so much in common! I thought I was the only one who listened to Harry potter movie and Anne with an E soundtracks to get motivation, who loves Matilda the Musical, fell in love with dark academia and Oxford, and gets motivated by Hermione Granger! I feel so relieved and happy that there is someone like me:D Thank you so much for your videos, they help me in so many aspects:)

great Video. I really enjoyed watching. The morning routine was interesting and the video scenes of Oxford University were stunning. very nice!!

I was able to tour Oxford earlier this year, and it is truly such a beautiful, serene place. I thought, “this is what Hogwarts would be like” before they told me that is where the Room of Requirement is! I don’t think Harvard or other American schools can compare. I’m so glad you got in, Ruby! You look so happy and excited to be learning again. I hope and pray all the best for you!

What a lovely video, I love seeing Oxford, it’s a long time since we have visited and I would love to visit if we ever return to the Uk, it’s like it’s in its own little microcosm it’s wonderful. Love the get well soon card . Take it easy

Don't forget to make friends, too. I went to Cambridge and it can be really lonely and seem all-consuming at points. The right friends will lighten the load.
