Fruits like banana and apples can oxidize if kept overnight, add them in the morning. Fruits like kiwi, strawberry berry, mangoes or grapes can stay intact, if chopped and added, for longer durations. You can add few spoonfuls of yoghurt in the morning with fruits to add dose of probiotics which will take care of your digestion as well. Enjoy your cold soaked oats. Probably, the best breakfast for morning summers.

If you’re going to eat porridge, for extra creaminess add required proportion of oats and liquid (I use half water half milk) and a pinch of salt, then just bring it to the boil (stirring constantly). Cut the heat and leave overnight. Reheat in the microwave and it’s utterly delicious. Nice with fruit and the rest but no sugar or sweetening needed.

I would like your guidance on this topic: I have a very fast metabolism. Even if I eat a lot, I don’t gain weight, and sometimes I don’t feel like eating anything for the whole day. One to two years ago, I was fit and had a good body, but I lost weight from 65 kg to 49 kg.

You should add butterfly pea powder to it too. Complete the Latin name poetry and geopolitical agro drama .

Next time : Warm up any milk and about a teaspoon of any type of butter in a pot on a stove and if the milk is bowling out of the pot then you have the stove temp set too high . Add cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, any type of sweetener (agave, honey, brown sugar) then stir . Add oatmeal slowly gradually and stir until it starts to thicken . Put it in a bowl then add flaxseed and/or chia seeds then stir . Chop any fruits and place on top of oatmeal . Drizzle your choice of some thing on top like Carmel, honey, Nutella, yogurt, peanut butter etc . Throw on any dried berries or chocolate chips. Eat . It'll be alot more flavorful, have healthy things in it, and doesn't take that long to make .
