    @@oscar2black He mentioned that he was dry fasting so majority of what he lost was likely water weight. I just finished 2/7 days and lost about 3 pounds ( I'm water fasting)

    I've been doing 16-18 hour fasts daily for the past 8 months. Right now however, I am at 24+ hours. Going to 40 hours

    Appreciate you doing this for us. I am 2 days into a 5 day fast. I am feeling great. I am adding pink Himalayan salt to my coffee and water. Also Hi-Lyte unflavored electrolytes

    I did a 5 day fast, it was also hard for me the first 2 days, but the energy that came with it is legit. I would walk for 45min to an 1hr, but i lost 14lbs. Gonna continue doing it for the next 2 months.... but yes IF did help! Loved the video!

    brewski425 castle clash I made it four days so 96 hours but I’m actually trying again right now lol. I’m on hour 20 of this one I’m aiming for 144 again

    I went on a 7day water ,ginger tea and lemon fast.Day 1-2 I was feeling fine. Day 3 started getting headaches and hungry through out the day.Day 4-7 headaches are gone ,no longer hungry. I am feeling tired but my sleep pattern is awesome and my energy is great. I can sleep very well ,I am around food all the time but not hungry. Day 8 I ate a small meal at it was the worst feeling. I decided that I want to continue to eat healthy and feel Amazing while eating!

    if your adding lemon its not a water fast anymore, lemon has calories and sugard which kicks you out of ketosis because of the insulin spikes...

    Just do water with salt, or drink green tea or black coffee. Just don't use lemon, it triggers your insulin

    It's pretty normal, it's called keto flu. If you won't push through, you'll never know the benefits of keto or prolonged fasting

    a good trick that has worked for me during fasting is to have some black coffee. for some reason it tricks my brain into thinking im having something that has calories since there is a flavor to it, and itll hold down the hunger when water isnt quite helping with that. then ill swap back to water after having the coffee.

    Of the 15, 5 of that is water that will come back. But 10lbs of fat is a 35,000 calorie cancellation. The key feature of this diet is lack of metabolic adaptation race to the bottom. You also get less muscle loss. Those are the two thorns in the side of the diet thing.

    That’s why you drink plenty of water and you will get to a point where your body stops water retention and you losing fat not water

    Would love to lose 15 lbs. I'm 221lbs right now. I keep trying to fast but I'm so weak minded. I can usually pass up first two meals in a day but not dinner.

    You're going well. Keep going on one healthy meal a day. You will lose the weight. That's how I started together with daily walks. I went from 184 and now I'm 150. When I started losing the weight too rapidly I switched to two meals a day. I now do two meals a day and do not want to lose any more weight. I went to the store and bought some cute little dresses to celebrate my success.

    Did you get lose skin? I lost I the last 2 months around 35 pounds, started to feel skin around the bottom of the belly lose...(depressing). Now on the 54 hour of a fast (originally wanted 72, but thinking of doing more). Also, how often would you fast...I did a few 48 hour fasts and on some I saw amazing weight loss and others it was negligible, now my 54 hour fast hasn’t reflected on the scale!! Is this something you have experienced?

    i don't fast more than once a quarter, usually only twice a year. when i do fast, i lose weight yes, but I don't fast specifically to lose weight, i do it for the other benefits. fasting to lose weight isn't a very effective long term strategy

    More and more I'm getting convinced that this is a very interesting method, I have a question though, is intermitent fasting like, 16/8 temporary or a life style and can I exercise normally after I get used to intermitent fasting? PS - Dude, seriously, you can notice the difference on your skin even.

    Rogerio I’ve been doing 23/1 for over a year. It can certainly be a lifestyle if you so chose. As far as exercise goes, you can exercise normally from the start. I’m very active. I normally start the day with a 10 mile bike ride or full body weight training. Then after work 1-2 hrs of Jiu jitsu followed by a 10 mile bike ride.

    Intermittent fasting with two healthy meals a day works well for me. Two healthy satisfying meals with no snacks between works well.16/8 intermittent fasting everyday allows the body to digest and synthesize the food. The hours not spent eating rests the digestive system and draws energy from stored fat. Healing also takes place more rapidly . One meal a day can be tried every now and again.

    Could you do a video on what you did when you had problems earlier this year with disconnection with the hammer, and some of the mental, physical, or technical changes you made to overcome that? I think a lot of people struggle with those periods of training and it could be an awesome knowledge bomb

    You do know weight isn’t just caloric energy deficit / surplus. He would have lost glycogen and water weight too. Not just fat and muscle tissue
