I love how you said you realized you needed to shift from productively procrastinating to productively failing.

Facts!!!
I'm a 50 yr old millionaire, and I took a picture of your two graphs, to remind myself of your fantastic explanation. I'm going to look at this, when I'm unconsciously being a coward. Thanks again!
I love this. Since I turned 30 I stop caring what other people think. Instead of trying to pass a test or a task first time to save face I just jump straight in and make mistakes coz I know it’s the quickest way to learn. Life’s too short. Attack it!

Pretty sure this exact realization is why so many of us are more successful in our latter years than our earlier. It's such a life changing lesson to learn and it takes some of us that first decade of adulthood to unlearn the whole "prodigy" mentality that media puts on a pedestal. Needless to say I agree with you 100% lol

@@austinjrb I think most people in their teens and 20s feel like this. There is too much pressure to be some kind of prodigy because of social media
I watch this video every morning before work, so that I keep in mind that feelin` unsafe, uncomfortable, a lil bit fearful is a good thing and it is the only way to success! Thank you!
You just synthesized 400 business/psychology books into a 10 minute digestible and actionable video. I’m doing this NOW! Thank you!!

I’m so glad! That’s great to hear
You said in a different video, money doesn’t create new problems, it creates different problems. You’ll have problems broke and problems with money. And they’re not the same problems. Obviously. This clip reminds me of that idea, which has helped me immensely.
Thank you, the realisation of constantly doing something new and being actually scared of failing hit me. I have to do a lot of new things for school and work, over the time I got more and more mentally exhausted and now I realise why.
This is gold. Good things always happen after time spent outside of the comfort zone. I think my mindset just got the little shift/boost I needed. Thanks.
I’ve certainly caught myself in this cycle of productive procrastination as of late - thanks for putting this out there along with the concrete actions you took to get back to where you needed to be! Love the content, Leila!
This one hit home. Thank you for this! Risk failure to move forward!
Gems being thrown at me is all I see when I watch Alex's or Leila's videos. Incredible stuff. Thank you guys! Sometimes only years later you realize those productive failures. That's so true. You can not connect the dots looking forward, you can do it only looking backwards.
Wow, I needed to hear this. Thank you. I've been feeling a bit fearful of going for what matters to take the business forward because I just don't have the experience Or skills and don't know what to expect. You are right, you end up unknowingly staying in that safe zone and I have realised I just need to go for it and if I mess up so be it, learn, adjust and do it again and again.
So simple but so profound and true. Thank you for bringing up a mirror for me.
Just wowed. So relatable. This was life changing.
You have no idea, how much I needed to hear this video at this very moment in my life. I understand what my problem is now. I cannot thank you enough. This is worth listening to over and over again
This is what ive been thinking for a while, but you actually spoke it clearly. Damn. So grateful. Thank you
This is actually really good sh!t, appreciate your putting this out
You are an amazing human being. Thank you for sharing this! Please never stop making videos
so good !!! i so appreciate your candidness 💗
So much gratitude for this; I can't explain how much your work touches me. I have been held back by fear of failure - no wonder I've not yet succeeded. Thank you!
Thank you so much Leila. This is exactly what I'm going through right now. I'm successfully avoiding failure and successfully avoiding success too. Change must happen now. Your video is eye-opening.
Hi Leila! This was really helpful even for me as someone who is about to launch a website startup. I feel overwhelmed by the amount of tasks and this put a lot of perspective onto what's truly important and moving the ball forward. Thank you so much for making these videos!
You express it so effectively, I’ll be combining your advice with Alex’s Time-Attention video. Thank you so much for posting this. 🙏🏼
This is exactly what I needed, thankyou Leila ! Believe it or not, you brought me to a whole new level like this video was a 1 on 1 mentorship with you
9 minutes and you NAILED it, Leila. It's always fear of failure while actually failing slowly by not facing the fear. Excellent video!
This is a fantastic video. I got goosebumps because I am IN THIS! Thank you for the thoughtful breakdown.
Leila I love your stuff! Always have. You and Alex are anomaly’s lmao - thanks for the inspiration. You two literally changed my life and took me from poverty to a multiple 6 figure earner. Appreciate ya’ll

Amazing insight. Love Alex’s content and now he put me on yours lol. You guys are killing it 🔋
simple and brilliant at the same time ! I don't know how to thank you for that video ! All best for you !
So good! Productive failure.. Failure is a good thing and part of the process. Im learning that as I move forward in my business. You cannot be afraid to take risks, he who risks nothing risks the most. Amazing stuff, thank you for the content Leila!! Telling it like it is!
Thank you, Leila. I am nowhere near 7 figures but I this video has been extremely helpful. I can definitely relate to the productive procrastination mindset because when I first started I was overly confident and became more humble and cautious over time - and now just do things I already know how to do, but I like the productive failure mindset. It's real and it works. I know this, because I used to do a lot in the beginning.
Love your way of sharing things. We genuinely feel your authenticity. This content helped and will keep on helping me a lot 🙏🏼 thanks for sharing
Anyone else would fly to any state to hear Leila speak???? I have so much admiration for you. Thank you for keeping it raw and real with people! I am learning so much from your stories, whether they ended in success or failure.
THIS is soooo good! Thank you for sharing this! My business is not yet generating this much revenue but I totally feel this after having been in entrepreneurship for the last 10 years.
I can't tell you how grateful I am to have discovered your channel, even though I am broke and working my way up. Thank you so much. You're the greatest. I genuinely care about you. Because I've spent hours watching videos that teach you how to stop procrastinating. This is by far my favorite. Why? Because it revealed the issue and what I was doing incorrectly. And what should I change in such a simple way. This means a lot to me.
This is spot on! Described exactly where I am. Thank you!
This is perfect! Thank you Leila!!!
This is unbelievably valuable. Breathtaking that we get this for free. Thank you!
That was exactly what I needed to hear. Thank you
I just love all the content you share. I needed to hear this video. It is confirmation of the new thing I am doing to get out of my confort. You are a great inspiration. Big hug.😊
Y’all have the best advice, constantly, every single time. I spent so much time spinning my wheels, trying to be productive…telling myself that every single thing counts. THIS will help me stay on track, but more importantly, moving upward and onward!!!❤❤❤
Started my first business at 14 years old and have had many many different successful businesses in the last 36 years since and what she’s saying is spot on. I learned that lesson the hard way. Love all your content. Huge fan here!
Leila, this is one of the best videos i've seen on procrastination and general work progression. Thank you! :))
Thank you so much for your advice! Love this channel, thanks again, you are an inspiration!
Thank you for sharing your mindset. Thank you for your generosity! You are already financially ok or more than ok lol. Appreciate you doll 😘
Please don't ever stop. Shit is SO good. Needed to hear this today. KZread must have known.
Thank you for the insight you and your husband provide.
I absolutely love the honesty of this video and your insights!
This video is brilliant! Thanks Leila, loving the content you're putting out!
Brilliant and original. Thanks for the inspiration
Thank you Leila - love your videos! They are super helpful!
This is so good. It’s also a realization I’m starting to come to right now. In practice this looks like: asking a question that might make you look silly, reaching out to a client before you have all your ducks perfectly in a row, shipping a version of your product without endlessly tweaking every last little detail, etc. Basically just doing the dang thing knowing there’s a chance you’ll fail, because then you’ll know what about it failed and what needs to be adjusted going forward.

so accurate, beautifully orchestrated lesson.
You've got it figured out. This is exactly what it is! Thanks!
I don’t know you but I know you are changing my life, and I’m so grateful, 👈🏾💯🙏🏾👍🏾
tanks for making this I have been struggling procrastination with my company for a while and and the way you explained it out made since for the 1st time basically procrastination due to fear " PDTF" syndrome
G'damnit nailed it...I was waiting for you to turn that sheet so bad...and then boom I saw exactly what I had to do....Thank you soo much!
- Do things that is uncomfortable to you like try new things because usually that's what stoping you from doing what you wanted to do. - understand what are things that is consuming your times and judge according to your goal.
Well done for sharing and being so logical.
Wow, such good insight. Good to hear someone struggling the same as I am.
Exactly what I needed to hear! Thank you!!!
Really enjoyed hearing that. Thanks for your honesty. Different perspective.
WhooHoo. Great exposure...i love also that you BALANCE your forwardness with workouts and VALUE your Spirit and Soul....full being....yessss
Honestly started watching your husband and just recently started watching your videos and I have 4x my self in a month thank you 🙏🏽🙏🏽
Im learning programming and ive done this more than once. Telling myself that I should probably work on basics over and over, but in reality is was a fear of failing in the next step. Because it doesnt get tiring and frustrating learning something new.I think this is why a lot of people that have plans of losing weight give up early after they lose 15 pounds of the 60 pounds they wanted to lose.
Thank you for this! It absolutely feels good to get lots done that isn’t moving the ball forward. Especially when doing the hard things exposes you and your actual abilities, showing others what you ACTUALLY know and don’t know. So much easier to put up the front that you’re cooler than you actually are.

Wow the realizations!! You’re content is great! I’m subscribing thank you. ❤
“…you are living out the productive failures you’ve made years ago.” I really liked that that idea was into words
I’m planning to watch this next week… or if not, definitely the week after
Amazingly straight to the point!
This was so helpful, I need to keep watching these and not be afraid. I keep giving my self the excuse that I need a team and cants succeed alone. Thank you, Dawn
Thanks Leila, this was a really good presentation & a made a lot of sense.
You are so refreshing 😌!
Really resonated with me. Thanks Leila!
'The Expectations Video' Leila was Amazing and I just wanted to tell you. I'm watching all of these videos for my Production Company and I feel you should write a quick read E-book with all this all the steps in order as much possible. Congratulations on all of your success and keep making these gems.
Thank you for articulating something I couldn’t put into words. You’re doing God’s work bc you’re freely sharing your wisdom. I’m in a season of not really having friends but your my virtual friend & coach. Thanks 🙏

Wow never heard or looked at it that way until now. Thank you
Amazing video, thank you. I’m not in business and do not strive to be, but this diagram applies to life in general. Mind blown.
I am so grateful for how you both normalize feeling like shit about yourself and your character and helping us be able to recognize it and keep moving the ball forward
From $0-$20M it seemed super easy to work every day, all day and never run out of productive things to do - after that it took me a long time to shift from DOING into THINKING and DECIDING and I was mostly procrastinating for an entire year. Once I finally let go of doing so much I figured out I actually had time to plan and think and make big decisions but it hasn't been an easy transition at all. Great talk.
Leila Your Stunningly Beautiful, Inspirational with Soulful Eyes. I really appreciate your intelligent, thoughtful, analytical, amazing & raw sharing of information & real life experiences. Its refreshing to see there is no BS, Fluff or Hype with giving Real Case Study info on how you & your business operates.
I am so excited you are doing these KZread videos Leila! I love learning from you and I am very excited to get these gold nuggets from you. I am excited to continue to learn from you now. I appreciate you being willing to share these vulnerable moments you have had that I think a lot of us can relate to. Thank you for being you and sharing your wisdom!

🔥 Awesome stuff Leila. Thanks for sharing.
Rewatching this again - hit home for sure. Time to try and risk failure 🙏🏼
This was SUCH a needed video. 2 years old and so golden.
This is really inspiring thank you for sharing Leila .. inspiring that you were having this happen at that high level and having it happen with your team as well , and how you overcame it I really get the feeling that successful people work productively all day and I’ve been doing “good procrastinating” all day , b it guess that can happen at higher levels too. Keep up the great content thank you

the exercise ive done .. alongside the time tracking , is identifying what I am terrified of .. afraid of or especialyl terrified of and go and do that thing/those things . glad those principles still apply at higher levels of success!
Thank you!! Always the best!!!
Conducting a time study is probably the most valuable tool I’ve found for increasing performance. I’ve heard you and Alex both reference them, I hope to see many more people using them in the future. Fighting the Pareto principle and making as much of the team highly productive rather than productive procrastinators.
