“I’m not a therapist, I’m not a psychologist, I’m not anything.” I would say you’re a world class expert on high performance behavior. I run an eight-figure tech company, and I’m listening AF. Teach.

She pretty much addressed the problem that most people run into with self improvement, therapy, psychology, self acceptance, etc., and then showed you how to address your problems like a freaking boss. Excellent video.

Love this! I had a fear of doing live videos because I tripped over my words and like to process my thoughts (and really don't like to be put on the spot to feel stupider than I know I am). Just a bunch of irrational thoughts and fears. I finally had a fuck-it moment and went live every day for 30 days in my Facebook group, and I think it was by day 3 or 4 when I realized that it wasn't nearly as scary as I thought and it became my new normal. By the second or third week, I started showing up live WITHOUT A SCRIPT, which past me would *never* had dared to think of. I just had to create a new baseline for myself and *be* the person who just wakes up and goes live to give value because that's just who I am and what I do.

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:13 🔄 The video focuses on changing behavior to achieve success in various aspects of life. 00:54 🧠 The speaker emphasizes the importance of psychology in overcoming barriers like fear, doubt, and anxiety in business. 01:35 🏠 Provides personal examples, such as overcoming the fear of living alone, to illustrate the process of confronting fears. 02:32 🎤 Another example is conquering the fear of public speaking by actively participating in Toastmasters and other speaking events. 04:39 🤔 Introduces a three-step thinking process to challenge irrational beliefs: 1) Identify 'musts' and 'shoulds', 2) Question the evidence supporting these beliefs, 3) Dispute irrational beliefs. 06:56 📝 Recommends writing down irrational beliefs and arguments against them to facilitate the process of disputing them. 08:50 🛡️ Discusses "safety behaviors," actions people take to avoid confronting fears, and suggests actively working against them. 10:12 🔁 Stresses the importance of repeating the action that confronts the fear to reinforce positive behavior. 12:31 🚀 Concludes that avoiding fears creates more long-term pain and that confronting them is key to leveling up in business and life. 13:26 🧩 States that the real barrier to leveling up is not the lack of tactical knowledge but the psychological barriers one needs to overcome.
