I don't know if you've made the next video about the butt wink or not, so I'd request you to add the difference between front and back squat depth. I'm sure people will appreciate knowing that they can achieve more depth in front vs back. anyways keep up the good work.

Sir for developing strength for pistol squats should I do deep squats or ass to grass squats because pistol squat is a bodyweight squat but it's a unilateral exercise My workout for pistol squat Assisted pistol squats 3×5 Archer squats 6×4 Weighted squats (3-5)×5 which I currently prefer as to grass squats

Hi, can you also elaborate on the effect on the lower back while squats. If someone has a lower back injury, what would be the best way to squat?

The person has.to focus on learning the proper position of squat Don't focus on weight initially Aim should.be to increase the depth and open up the hips

Sir let me introduce myself & allow me to benefit from your advice. I’m 33 years old & have served in our forces. In 2012 I had a terrible accident while skiing which resulted in a partial meniscus tear in my left knee & a contusion in my right knee. Doctors advised me not to go for an operation & adopt conservative methods to strengthen my knees. I again had an accident 4 years ago resulting in an injury to my right shoulder. I used to be an athlete in my school & college days & used to compete in kick boxing & taekwondo. Began with weight training 3 years ago & now I can bench 85-90 kilos & can do a barbell curls of 55-60 kilos. But I’m not able to lift heavy while doing squats. Started with kettlebell swings for hamstrings & have messed up my elbow & shoulder joints. Please guide on kettlebell workout & some easy leg workout for my aching knees(there’s always a cracking sound while moving my knees shoulders & elbows)
