When I made girls the main focus of my life, everything else suffered. I couldn't focus at work, I skipped workouts to go on dates, absolutely no way I was waking up early to work on a side hustle. I know I could have put it in moderation, but honestly it's addictive - for all the reasons you mentioned. Imo this lifestyle only works if talking to girls and your line of work coincide (e.g. dating company, dating content creator) - but for everyone else I think it can get pretty destructive. I don't date lots of girls anymore, I date one girl, and every other area of my life improved

I'm new to this so today I went to the grocery store with the goal of just talking to 1 cute girl. I walked in and they were everywhere. So I'm walking around and I was just going ask one what they are making, if they have any good recipes, let's exchange recipes, and so on. I hate to be that guy but from MY experience the only thing that girls and dating have done for me is waste my time, lower my self esteem, cause me to not trust people, lead to constant (and consistent) disappointment, and overall stress. "Getting it out of your system" is somewhat of a myth IMO when considering that even once you get it "out of your system" it returns after the refractory period. lol Maybe we're not fully on the same page, clearly I'm referring to sex drive. I'm over 30, definitely not a virgin but the desire is Always there and I believe it will always be there until I am loyal to my duty to procreate. Another reason I don't like the terminology you use is because a lot of men confuse lust with desire but lust is never fully satisfied and will always demand an additional sacrificial lamb.

Problems 2 & 3(mentioned in video) will be 10 times higher than all benefits you get. At 24 moved to big city and flood of gates opened. There was time when i was going on dates 5 times a week meanwhile fucking 3 different girls a week(fuckbuddies). Now just hit 30, stopped counting bodies after 20, probably close to 50, and i feel exhausted. Bitch management takes to much energy. Have two fwbs and few numbers for booty calls right now and sometimes i wish they were gone. But I can't... Got addicted to this bullshit lifestyle.
