Gotta love Hamza, he was the one that introduced me to concepts like self improvement, instant gratification, delayed gratification, meditation, journaling, etc. I'm still in the early stages, but I feel like my life is slowly getting better thanks to this man.
Changed his life in 2 years.. very inspiring
I remember hamza when he was this small youtuber in his parents house making uncut videos, he helped me a lot in those times, I thank him from the bottom of my heart.

Hamza making uncut videos in his parents house... feels like yesterday... Wait.
Will never not feel inspired, motivated and immensely proud, being a long time fan, of where Hamza is right now and all the deserved recognition and success he’s getting recently. Always been such a relatable, honest and genuine guy and I know I speak for thousands when I say I would be no where near the point I am now in my self improvement journey without him
This is impressive Hamza is great because you can literally see him achieve his dreams
This really is a movement, 10 years ago content like this did not exist. Through hard work, great things are coming.

This is more like a chat than a podcast, I like how they talk as friends to each other not as one person asking the question and the other responding.

Amazing to see this, Hamza was just a guy doing videos on his parents house and now he’s in Dubai doing podcasts with amazing people
I look back on 2022 and at first I told myself how terrible it was. I didn't necessarily achieve anything spectacular, but on seconds thoughts, 2022 has been an absolutely incredible year for me and I'm sure for everyone else for self improvement. People such as Hamza, or the Tate brothers have influenced so many young men to change up their act. Of course men and women have their individual struggles, however it's clear to see from all the male influencers in 2022, that for whatever reason, mens mental health had a rapid decrease this past year and over covid. I am nowhere near where I want to be financially or mentally right now, but I can say I've made incredible improvements because of these men.
It's incredible to see how far Hamza has come - him starting to really be consistent in 2020 shows how you can completely change your entire life with focused energy towards your mission
im so happy to see hamza reaching the top I remember when he had like 50k followers and making videos in his bedroom.really changed my life bro come so far on this journey because of you wish you the best man and also respect mike for having him on.
Been literally waiting for this so long. So proud of Hamza
So happy for you Hamza!
Great pod Mike and Hamza. Listening to this whilst burning myself out on a run. Both of you helping men and teenagers across the globe.

The collab we all least expected but needed. Not eve watches it yet and know it’s going to be a banger. Loving the podcasts Mike. 2023 level up
I felt like I saw a way deeper side to Hamza from this I’ve probably watched hours of the guy but to hear how he rationalised each step of his Self-improvement and YT journey is really interesting… The brother definitely deserves all the success he has and more 🙏
2 solid gents in the self improvement space. This is gonna be good 🔥
Can't tell you how much value this episode brought me. Thanks to you both.
Thats a collab I didnt expect to see. Damn. Well, lets hear this out. Crazy seeing the growth hamza has made. wild.
As I said it once before. This has the potential to become the best self improvement podcast. Tristan, Sterling, Hamza. Great guests Mike👏
I love these guys, I know in todays climate its not a popular thing to say but this is what true love is, brotherly love. These two men have been through trials and tribulations and are here talking about it for us young men to learn from. Thank you both.
The dating part from the 1 hour mark was amazing. So true!
Hamza is honestly saving and changing male lives for the better. God bless you bro and thank you 🙏
Mike is very inspirational. He doesn’t claim to have it all figured out and isn’t scared to speak on where he wants to improve
Two of my favorite creators united.
I discovered Hamza late last Year when he appeared on the Roommates Channel with Hafeez, I've been watching him since that day and even went ahead to watch more than 20 of his YT uploads. Thank you changing my life for the better brother Hamza! You aren't like most of the dudes in the Manosphere community!
THIS SET LOOKS INCREDIBLE
Mike's an actual fantastic interviewer, people skills through the roof. And I am so, so proud of our brother Hamza. Much love to both!
This podcast is one of the best things you created
Awesome podcast Mike, appreciate all the your efforts and the great guests you’re collaborating with
2 Amazing guys having a beautifull conversation every man should hear! This is great!
Love the atmosphere, we're lucky to have people like them as figures to take exemple from.
Mike you have a knack for these podcasts could listen to these for hours on end , keep up the good work mate !
This was a great watch with a insights on various topics. It's great seeing Hamza finally appearing on big interviews/podcasts. We want to see Luc (the tate brothers' cousin) come on. He's a very well spoken dude and I think he'll be able to bring a lot of insights to light if he has a big platform like your show to speak on.
This side of Mike sets him apart from a lot of other fitness channels. Keep it up!
Great episode, Mike! I really appreciate you discussing mental health and the benefits of meditation with Hamza, especially for men and young people. Your work and the work of Hamza is truly impactful and can make a positive difference in people's lives. Keep up the good work and keep spreading awareness about the importance of mental health and the benefits of meditation, and special thanks to Hamza for his insight about the topic.
Mike and Hamza you two are bringing joy.. keep going!!
I learned a lot in 1.5h then my last 5 years....Those guys are kings! 💪
What a great podcast! Really love seeing these young men evolve to their higher selves! Great message for a lot of young women and men. Keep them coming.👍🏽
Lads, i love seeing content like this. I've been following Mike for ages now, and Hamza since the start of covid and seeing how both of your personalities have transformed and matured over the year into intelligent classy men who want to genuinely help others and society is actually incredible. Props for both of you on this podcast - lot of wisdom being shared. keep it coming lads.
It’s amazing seeing the different guys you’re subscribed to create content together. Insane value🎯

As someone who still lives in Liverpool, it's an absolute shithole. I cannot wait to leave. It's nice to see someone who comes from my birthplace who made it big, it shows that i can do it too. 28:50 , I agree 100%. It’s really good to know what information to listen too and what information not to listen to. A lot of people just listen to literally everything their favorite influencers say without even second guessing it. It’s good to know even if your a big fan of someone, what information that they say that is valuable to you, and what information is not valuable
I feel like this is something i have been waiting for, without knowing it would ever come up. Great content.
Forever grateful for this guy, Hamza.
