I was pleased with all the questions, but I did not get my answer to the question how God interacts with our daily life consisting of behavior, emotions, feelings, result of our prayers, etc. I am happy though that none of the speakers took the FAITH point of view. It is a good start. I would love to see more discussions on the subject.

If I were God, I would interact by being a loving friend. A voice in your mind that might help to point out your options at the moment. Help you to make a better decision than last time. I would never use force against you and I would always be honest with you. I would stay with you always. At a distance if you prefer but never gone completely.

I know for a fact that there will never be a definite answer to your question unfortunately :( If we knew how god would interact with the world, we could measure this interaction potentially. So far all measurements of quantum events are exactly random as predicted. But of course god could know that that is being measured and make sure it turns out random while it while it changes other quantum outcomes in a determined way to achieve a certain outcome and we would never know. However, why would a god try to hide so well? If a god can effect the outcome of every random event in physics, it should have influenced the path of the photons in the double slit experiment such that instead of the interference pattern, the outcome would show the name "Jehova" written on the screen and a lot more people would believe and pray to that god.

A hurricane was forecast and an evacuation was ordered. An entire neighborhood packed up and was leaving--one man didn't load up--his neighbors asked, aren't you leaving and he said no, God will take care of me.. the waters rose due to flood stage and boats were sent in but the man refused to leave saying, God will take care of me.. The helicopters came over but the man waved them off with a sign that read: God will save me.. He died.. At the pearly gates the man met God and he asked God, why didn't you save me? God said I had a warning issued, I sent in boats and then helicopters.. We all miss the signs that are here everyday--God puts everything in motion and it's up to us to make the best of it all--he won't miracle us out of problems, or stand in front of you with a daily personal communication--that's why it's called faith and we still have to exercise common sense..

You got the answer! Quantum world is non-deterministic. If God determines what happens at quantum level, combine that with deterministic but powerful ability of chaos theory, you can do everything! Even with a small quantum effect you can drive things crazy. That is a sufficient description of how God can intervene. Although it didn't talk about how future might affect present. But we got at least one answer in this episode. Awesome episode!

One can see the question from a different angle. Are there events, across religion and culture, where it is claimed that the universal creator interacts with humans? Yes, Near-Death Experiences (NDE). But why deal with ordinary people's experiences? God is for all people, and it is among them that interactions take place. Jesus was also the son of a carpenter, on earth. The notion that consciousness is not limited to the physical body and that an evaluation takes place is in line with Plato's thoughts. What NDE patients experience in 5-10 minutes is described, in general, as a unique very positive event that changes their lives positively for the rest of their lives. They want to stay in the light but return to their body of their own choice. The fear of death disappears. Researchers at the University of Virginia, and other researchers, are dealing with NDEs, so maybe you should pay them a visit to try to get closer to the truth.

@@rotorblade9508 from our limited perspective yes a virtual world for example a video game comes from a physical world is our physical reality but what do the characters if they were conscious in this game possibly know or possibly could know about "the real world" their idea of physical are the objects planets Stars Etc in their world our idea of physical to them just does not compute to them our physical to them would be non-physical to them So it would be impossible for us as inhabitants of a virtual reality, it is likely impossible that our virtual reality was created by a physical reality, as we know physical, our virtual reality has to have been created buy something other than the physical that we're aware of and that is probably consciousness, just like the virtual video games we create everything in there is very different from our physicality but the characters in there if they were conscious and intelligent on their own would really have no way of putting a handle on what we are and what we're made of and the physicality of our world as we would likely have just as hard of a Time identifying / understanding the physicality or makeup or reality of our creator, or for that matter even getting outside the system wherein and examining the creating system.

How about imagination? What if we are actually exist inside God Consciousness? That "space" Of Nothingness or Existence is God itself? Exactly! The Worlds is merely an illusion of existence... All we can say about reality is just about God Imagination.. The real thing (Real Being Consciousness) is just God itself.. We are all servant for His Existence.. i think what we call life or reality is just fragmentation of something more big/great that we not aware of that.. God is Impersonal also at same time personal, at least in Human Mind/perspective.. (Maybe all reality is just exist in God Consciousness.. The World we life in is just small part of His Consciousness) That means, if there a God.. That God is must be active, rather than Passive.. To Sustain all existence and all existed existence literally not wipeout/evaporate in existence/reality.. (That Means.. What we call God Always Observing us, in the same manner it same for "participants" Of God that active in action guide/sustain us to still exist... Rather than just "observing" But not do anything, or not effect anything) It implication that God eternally "create" us.. (Just like sun "eternally" Emanating light, or like human persist/hold a form of imagination in mind) .. Personally i don't like deistic God that "ignorance" After he create something... Because there is no after or beginning for God Consciousness.. So, God must be Active because naturally Servant(creation)Always needed His Existence/His Participant/His Presence.. To being exist. Yes He is Observer "outside" Spacetime, but He Also "Participants" In another sense of think in the motion of Existing Spacetime.. But are you think there is a something outside of God Existence(God Consciousness)? Personally I don't think so, because God is The One Who Consciousness in the first place.. So nothing can escape and exist in outside Of His Existence(His Consciousness).. Exactly! The Worlds is merely an illusion of existence... All we can say about reality is just merely God "Imagination/Projection" about Himself .. The real thing (Real Being Consciousness) is just God itself.. We are servant for His Existence.. Word "imagination" In this case is not what we call and think about imagination of human being that just "imaginary reality that not beneficial/effect in reality" .. In some sense of manner it mean God need us to exist for knowing Himself or fulfill His Purpose... In the Mind Of God, Maybe He Thinking About... Why I Exist? For What I Exist? How to Fulfill my existence? .. So we are exist because God Think or aware About His Existence.. We Are Participants of God Existence.. We are exist because God Aware Of Us.. That Means.. God is Observer and Participants at same time.. In the other sense of manner we are even didn't exist... So what we call "God Observing us outside of spacetime" Is nothing more than God Self-Awareness, Self-consciousness about Himself.. So what we are? We are only Knowledge that God be found about Existence Himself.. That Means, Deistic God is not even real.. Because God Always active to Knowing What He to Know from Himself..this outcome of knowing Himself is what we call reality .. Step by step of existence that reveal/become reality.. From nothingness (in the perception of human being) but in the fact(Presence Of God Consciousness), Nothingness there is not even exist... That it.. To be know something, sometimes we must forget something.. In the case, God Forgetting Some Of His "Existence/Essence" In the manner of servant (human, nature, spacetime, etc). .for example a Servant Hungry or need something, so God can fulfill His Grace with it.. A servant finite, so God becomes infinite outcome for that finite existence... Or in the manner what i don't know.. God simulating Himself Through Existence Of Servant (All things)... Maybe God say in His Consciousness... What I can give? What purpose of me? What if? What they think about me? What they call/talk/spoke about me? What they need? And what I can fulfill? I have abundance of life, abundance of existence, expression and experience.. I need to share with! So we "eventually" Exist. Word/Consciousness Of God about Himself equal to all existing.. But at same time not equal to all existing.. Because what we call existing is just face of God.. Just "fragmentation" Of His Existence.. God Transcend all existing.. God forgetting about some atribute His Infinite Essence so finite being exist.. Finite being exist to fulfill another face of His Majestic infinite Existence.. In the sense of manner we are "God" That forgetting infinite reality.. Sometimes Human mind is more than a body or earth or universe.. You see it? Because in the first place we "eventually" Are God.. But at same time we are not God itself. . . All reality is merely God Actualization, Realization And Manifestation about Himself.. Are we life in a Virtual Reality? That God gift to us?to experience? Yes.. World's is literally a Virtual Reality.. (An artificial reality, that mean what we call reality is not even exist in first place.. There is Only God Consciousness that literally/actually/really exist) Look at this verse, it sign or proof that maybe this life is exactly just a Virtual Reality.. "Did We fail in the first creation? But they are in confusion over a new creation. And We have already created man and know what his soul whispers to him, and We are closer to him than [his] jugular vein When the two receivers receive, seated on the right and on the left. Man does not utter any word except that with him is an observer prepared [to record]. And the intoxication of death will bring the truth; that is what you were trying to avoid. And the Horn will be blown. That is the Day of [carrying out] the threat. And every soul will come, with it a driver and a witness. [It will be said], "You were certainly in unmindfulness of this, and We have removed from you your cover, so your sight, this Day, is sharp." And his companion, [the angel], will say, "This [record] is what is with me, prepared." (Quran, Qaf 15-23) Your comment about this topic is precisely similiar as quran say about day of judgement (day of resurrection)... Yes, maybe we are life in some kind of VR Realm... The Veil will be removed from our consciousness one day.. So, we are able to see another Reality and maybe Everything that today is still unseen for us or even "The Greater Face Of God" Can we see.... And All Praised for The Lord Of The Worlds.. Allah The Almighty One..The Sustainer And All-Encompassed One Of All Realities.... All Realities is just Product Of One Consciousness.. In islam we call Him Allah, but He has another 99 of Name/Nature/Attributes that sign to pursuing Him The Real One... In the Name/Nature Of The Manifest One, The Observing One.. He is The Ultimate And Absolute Reality The One Universal Consciousness that Observing All Realities.. And The Sustainer All-Realities.. Eternally Him Praised Himself Over All Creations and Existence... So you look everything is look perfect, beautiful and have purpose of existing... All existence is about God Praised Himself.. Proud to be One His Praised ..that is "I/Me", and everything that have " I/Me", Exactly must be Praised Him.. The One Creator Above All Existence.. You can call Him, The Absolute/Ultimate One, The Beneficent One... The Manifest One, The Sustainer One..The Most High And The Most Gracious if you Allergic about Arabic Name of God, Allah. "Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One, Allah, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, Nor is there to Him any equivalent." (Quran, 112:1-4) Exactly! we are Eternally exist inside God Consciousness/Knowledge/Mind/Intellegence/Self, because God never be born .. Never be begotten. Exactly! Because there is God Awareness... Perfection, Balance, glorious, or beauty.. Is another name/nature/attribute of God... Everything you see or facing (physically or mentally) is Face Of God.. Including yourself "And to Allah belongs the east and the west. So wherever you [might] turn, there is the Face of Allah. Indeed, Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing. (Quran,2:115)

God is the Life itself (I am the life!), organizing, transforming, realizing itself (I am what I will be!). This "subject of knowledge" intervenes on itself, for example with science, with religion or with natural catastrophes. For that we are something like "living building bricks". In both, in science and religion this subject steps each in a special way next to itself, for self intervention, for reason of self transformation and realization. 😉 And so, that's the reason God can be there for everyone like there is no other, and that's the reason God sees everything through all eyes, and that's the reason you hurt God if you hurt someone, because God is in everyone! But not everyone knows that!

Speculation is not by any stretch a portion of reality but is in fact the creation of one's own interpretation of reality until proven a fact. The closer the perception of reality the more the possibility of survivability of life and advancement/evolution of the species. Conciousness is still a mystery with no explanation to resolve the elusive mechanics/functions hiding its understanding from us along with the full/complete picture of reality. More questions with fewer forthcoming answers, wonder how far we can ultimately see.

The discoveries, uncovering and theorizing has not yet stopped, and will probably never cease. God being the creator might actually have far superior real laws, to which our sofar discovered ones are inferior... The whole model of existence that we fathom might not at all be the focal point of the purpose creating the existence, which we might only be a tiny part of. Hence the physical laws we are aware of could be the limits of our existence, and not God's!

How we can convince ourself that quran is a devine book, 1) Revealed to an unlettered prophet 1500 years ago, which speaks about science, philosophies, history, future events, without having a single contradiction till now. 2) It challanges the entire human kind to produce one single chapter like the chapters of quran, even the smallest chapter of the quran contains only 3 sentences, and till now nobody able to refute that challenge. 3) It states about the big bang theory, death of the star and creation of black hole, pulsars, oceanography, human embryological development, relativity of time and so more, and with all this facts it is the only book that had ever created by any one, that it challanges its readers to find any mistakes in it. 4) It doesn't discard the previous religions and concepts of god like Christianity and Judaism entirely, but also made compulsory on its followers to belive in previous scriptures like thora and bible( not the corrupted version that we have today). 5) It contains numerous mathmatical miracles which is impossible to imitate even in this era of super computers. God or what ever term you would like to use will reveal herself/himself to you, if you simply forget everything you think you know, while gently training your ego to be quiet and still, so that you can recieve. (Be just like an antenna, this is imperative) You must whole heartly seek a real relationship with something you only think you dont know (A weird concept, I know). It is not easy and takes a completely open heart/mind and a genuine willingness to submit to wanting to know something bigger than any of us. Your skepticism is healthy and is the first step to finding. One day when you least expect it you will know and it will be so clear. A very wise person once said," Seek and you shall find". This is real and true but you must do the work i.e., "The inner work". Enquiry into theology, philosophy, history, science and arcane knowledge embedded in the various traditions can help you a lot in this quest. Everyone finds in diffrent ways, but once it is revealed there is no getting away from it, it is impossible. When you know you will not be able to explain it or prove it. You will be just confused and amazed at what has always been in you, in front of you, and all around. Hard to believe I know! Even harder to believe is that what ever you want to call it is completey devoted to you. If you learn to empty yourself even just a litte you can be filled with more than you ever wanted or imagined materially or spiritually. Once blessed with the knowlege of your identity you too will carry the wonderful burden of knowing, feeling seeing and witnessing, now wanting nothing more than to just share it with others who cannot quite see yet. Not an easy task, but worth it! Best wishes and good luck!

If God exists, God interacts with humans by making us think about God. Therefore, God intervenes as a trigger for the intent, and this intent guides our behaviors. The act of thinking towards something, in this case God, is an interaction, a connection between what is thought and the thinker. It doesn’t matter if you are a theist or an atheist, both are thinking about the existence of God, one to believe it, the other to reject it. Even if you never pay attention or think about God, it doesn’t matter. You know God is present, God is not something alien. So, my question is: why does the creator of “something” needs that this “something” think about its creator? Is that the reason why we are looking for the theory of everything?

If time (and the perception of it) is a peculiarity of the existing entities, including humans, is most probably a creation of God as well. Moreover, if we consider reality as a whole, including time as a dimension, everything is already written: there’s no need to imagine God’s intervention, ‘cause it world be just a perception of ours, nothing more. Not that different from our perception of the so called “free will”….

Most likely, God responds to prayer. If a person prays for wisdom to solve a problem, insights might be provided, and the problem might be solved correctly. If a person prays for courage to resist evil, that courage might be increased by the act of prayer. If there is a personal God who communicates with people, as I think there probably is, then God is hearing the pleas of billions of human beings at each instant and attempting to harmonize the best interests of each so that they will incline toward justice, mercy, charity, peace, and other virtues. It may take years to harmonize interests of willful people, and many will not care to do right, so all prayers cannot be answered. Or perhaps prayers are answered in unsuspected ways. A group of farmers goes to church and prays together for rain to end a drought. The rain never comes, and the drought continues. But the farmers, in meeting together, decide to form a cooperative project to irrigate their fields by pooling their resources to drill a very deep well. God did not directly intervene in bringing water to the drought-stricken fields. Or did He, by calling the farmers to gather under His roof?

If you want to enter a country who demand that you have a visa, you obtain a visa and you sign to accept the country as an independent state and has its own law which you must not break. Allah is really merciful because He will judge you after you die. If you accept Him in this life, He will enters you His Paradise. If not, the only other place next life is Hell. You make your free choice before you die. Its the most important 50/50 risk management action you could ever make while alive. The universe was created 13.7 billion years ago and will die in less than 12 billion years from now. The founder will remain alive and replace it we will never know how as we never knew how the current universe came to exist and than exploded. Your soul (self awareness/conciseness) will never die and you will be given a new body and judged.

Time does not apply on God. God exist in the past, the present and the future at the same time. God 's creation is merely making things appear and vanish for a reason and purpose in a time He is fully wise in choosing it. God is always capable of looking back and forward and act correctly at the present time.

@@SIEACharity I agree the Universe is not necessary. The two states of --> Universe vs no-universe cannot exist simultaneously. And in the mind of god the two states of ---> I will-create vs I will-not-create cannot exist simultaneously. Therefore a change of state must have a contingent cause. And each prior state must in turn have a contingent cause, etc, etc. with no end. An infinite regress fallacy, therefore the Universe is not contingent... therefore the Universe is necessary !! Even if God is necessary his thought process is contingent.
