Didn't scream, or threaten, or hurt. He let her deal with the consequences of her actions. That is how you make sure she isn't spoiled.

For any father who is co parenting or counter parenting as it sometimes turns into this was better than watching your favorite sports team , 1990s Bulls, win the championship for the 6th time . Chris pulled this off in spite of what Lola’s mother wanted.! Happy Father’s Day Chris Rock!

There's no rule book for parenting. The key thing is this works for him and his kids, we're all different and have different circumstances

@Chris-vn2nf Actually, there is a book. *Train up a child in the way they should go, and when they are old, they will not depart from it.* *Proverbs 22:6* ✌🏼

@@Dominion-1 The Bible is not a rule book although I get your point. My point is that we all parent differently to get to the same result. Parenting is on the job learning.

@Chris-vn2nf The word "Bible" has blocked your understanding. 😄 Please tell me how "training up a child the way they should go, and when they get older, they will not depart from it." Is NOT a rule.

@@Dominion-1I clearly said the BIBLE IS NOT A RULE BOOK. When did I say that particular scripture isn't a rule?...in any case it still isn't. This is King Solomon giving advice to his son, the Ten Commandments are rules. There is a difference.
