We had a code name at a previous place of work for when you have a simple mundane action result in an injury. A "Soup Injury" could result from the reaching up (or down) into the cupboard for a can of soup or the required pot to cook it with.... Resulting in a pinched nerve/pulled back muscle that manifests itself in an excruciating "eagle claw" in your nervous system that freezes you in whatever awkward position that provoked the injury. Then you walk around for a week like you were in an auto accident, gently re-injuring the good parts of your back while favoring the tender parts. "Soup Injury"...bane of the aging.😅
