If you are aimboting really obvious, It should not be required to detect software on the cheaters PC. The first clip at 0:45, that are 5 shots at once. Why aren't behaviours that are "impossible" not detected on the server side? Sure it would only works vs the extreme but it would be a start.

Absolutely agree, it's fine killing 5 people with one bullet if everyone aligns, but killing 5 people with 5 bullets with an AWP at the same time should automatically trigger a ban, it's literally impossible.

​​@@bnikolabthe problem is that it possible because of subtick, legit players have had mag dumps as a glitch. It's not easy to account for that cheat because it's just exploiting a flaw in the net code. Even if you had code to actively monitor for this happening, there would be false positives.

@@lankyhanky9772 Nah, just didn't play a lot during free Prime and have good trust factor. Plus, vast majority of cheaters are in Non-Prime. Also doesn't count people who got banned for cheating after or closet cheaters, just guys I can say confidently were cheating either against me or on my team in comp/Premier.

Disagreed. Let me explain why. First of all, you would need to define "more" in "more rewarding", because it's subjective. It's probably "more" rewarding (as in more quickly) to just cheat for a few wins. It's probably "more" rewarding (as in fulfilling) to practice, get better, and win by your own skills. Yet both are true depending on point of view. Also, humans are easily tricked by instant gratification events (hello Dopamine my old friend). So it's not surprising at all that a lot of people resort to cheating for a quick dopamine hit. Sure, in the long-run, if you love the game and are dedicated, it will most likely be more fulfilling and rewarding to become actually good and practice, but for a lot of people, the quick and easy way is just as rewarding (I've used this sentence subjectively on purpose ;) ) As someone who has never used Cheats online (or I think maybe once when I was 16 out of curiosity, but it got boring extremely fast, so I did it for 30 min and called it a day), I'm not really into it, but I can definitely understand and see why some people would be. I think understanding that is a more helpful way to fight against cheating than just saying "you guys are losers".

so what is a legit player suppose to do who wants to enjoy counter strike ? i play casually at about 20k . i’m an older play with kids and have been playing cs for 25 years . Casually 5-8 hours a week 3 days per week. it feels like every session out of our 3 pugs we get 1-2 with cheaters . one night was 3 of 3 . Iv been playing for 25 years and know when i’m getting stomped by a better player and when it doesn’t make sense. Especially since i mostly play lurk. Is there a casual community out there who plays cheat free 10 mans

Like everyone else said, FaceIt. When Premier mode and the subtick lock on servers were announced people were debating if FaceIt would suffer player loss, well guess Valve helped them by not releasing an actual good AC. I was really trying to play more of Premier but I just can't, every 2 matches I get a rage hacker and the ELO loss is just too punishing. I'm on the same boat as you, been playing for a decade and now only have time to play it more casually, I just don't have the time to spend hours improving my KPM and reaction time (specially with how peekers still have an advantage), so facing hackers is just too difficult now.

I'm considering quitting fps games... It has been my favorite genre and I am really good at shooters, especially games like Valorant, CS and Apex. However, the higher I get in ranked, the more cheaters I encounter. This problem has been getting much worse as of late, and I think it will keep getting worse with the technology available to these scumbags. It's just so damn demoralizing when you know someone is cheating and that's the reason you are losing. It also makes you just blame losing games to cheaters even when it's not entirely obvious, because there are just so many cheaters, many of which are "legit" cheating. (whatever that means, they are proud of it or something) I just don't enjoy these games anymore because of this growing problem, although they have been my favorite games for my entire life. I have been playing CS since I was 4, thats over 20 years of loving a game just for it to be ruined by script kiddies. I hope AI anticheat will be the solution to these cheaters so I can fall back in love with the genre that I love so much.

very very true, as long as there are not propper repercussions and no proper punishement other than getting there accounts banned, its not gonna end... Just like they do it in Korea with league of legends. There you have to connect your league account to your ID and ACTUALLY get prison time or multiple thousands of dollar fines for cheating, which I think is honestly really good.

The problem is that u see with china is that they have jailing those cheat dev and seller but still the most cheater in the world its because they selling cheat privately. I personally ask those cheater how they didn't get found by police.

There is a mistake in the video. You have two types of cheat, internals and externals. Internals are injected into the game, the second is another process an reads memory via DMA or Windows API, or a Kernel driver. For CS2 you are fine using either kernel or just using the Windows API.

Audio is a bit low on this video compared to your other videos (specifically the false ban video thats linked here)

Why do people cheat? To provoke individuals, or to boost their ego's with their fake mmr? Either or it's essentially just a massive waste of time on the cheaters half, Most people are starting to become pretty numb to cheaters... "oh he's cheating, Yea just report him and run it down mid" And if it's their ego that requires boosting, The only way people are dumb enough to believe you is if they've never seen a decent player play before. You cheat to gain an advantage right, but for what reason? To provoke mediocre responses? Or to have your ego "boosted" and eventually thrown into a pit of despair when everyone who knows you catches on, if they aren't in on it aswell. You're not going to go pro and earn money cheating... You're not going to achieve anything doing it, Besides have people like me write things like this designed to get into your head and to have you break down your own ego internally and face the truth behind it all. That truth being its just a massive waste of time, Why spend thousands of dollars on a gaming pc... Just to never essentially play it. Take Tarkov for example, Alot of people work 40hours pw and they don't have the time to play Tarkov and to stay up with everyone else's progress so they pay for "carries or for actual cheats" People justify their time spent at work, as enough of a reason for them to cheat and catchup... But they never actually play the game? You spend 40 hours at work, To come home and not even play the game you so badly want to be apart of... Instead you'll follow someone around for the last few hours of your day... Or just look at a second screen and go for all the loot. CS2 Is a competitive game there is no reward for playing it, there are no experiences to be had it's a cut and dry 5v5. Nothing to gain or to show off, Going pro requires you to actually be good or to fake it and get banned from ever taking part in the scene again anyway. So what gives? Psychologically there is no logical reasoning behind it what so ever, Its just people burning their lives away because at some point they just "accepted it" "it" being their prudent thoughts about their time spent and what they call "fun" and like i said earlier there are only two real reasons for anyone to cheat... After a few years people are going to be pretty numb to it, So the reactions aren't going to get you that feeling... The only thing left is to fake your ability, And people are starting to clue on... So now they're resorting to faking the cheating by adding RNG to it. Which kinda defeats the purpose of cheating right? You CHEAT to WIN right? or to Provoke responses. So if you're relying on RNG to hide the cheating, Why not just play the game yourself? If it's going so far as to fake being a real person, Why not just be a REAL person??? Or is that too much to handle for people these days? If you're a cheater and you've read this and still want to cheat, Just be aware you've accepted that loser mentality yourself and if it's not the loser mentality but rather just a way to kill time... Then try something that you can actually create memories because when you're in your 50's 60's 70's and you're looking back on your life, What did you actually do? Pretend to be someone? Pffft.

A big problem is that most CS players I've met will continue playing the match despite knowing a hacker is in the match. If everyone just immediately went afk (including their team) then the hacker would get no satisfaction.

i love comments under videos like this. everyone saying they do it because they are bad or something yet they dont realise that most cheaters dont give a single shit about the ranks and they mostly found that what most people seek in their games. a way to make it fun for them

2:10 No, they're being injected as DLLs. And if a cheat maker does this for online games, you know they have only 2 brain cells active. Any program can list the DLLs that it has currently loaded, and dump them and sent them to the game developer for research. It's even required for normal operation. This was an ok-ish approach, when only simple anti-cheats were in place. But is definitely reckless when doing that nowadays. It's incredibly simple, simple to detect and well suited for normal game modding, but ffs it's stupid to do that in online games. (Following is apparently shown in later parts of the video:) A much safer approach is to hijack a kernel driver for kernel-level memory access and analyze the game memory through heuristics, then calculate or inject inputs based on the knowledge gained from there. Not just that, it's also completely legal, as opposed to modifying game code, by injecting or hooking to get pointers of game objects. If an insecure kernel driver can be properly weaponized, it also renders kernel level anti-cheats useless, even with Secure Boot enabled. (Which is why Valorant would like you to use Windows 11 with TPM 2.0 enabled, to make it harder for normies to use your cheats without being detected) Without Secure Boot, you can just load your cheat program, before your operating system loads, for example into SMM, if you modify your BIOS, without anyone even noticing it.

You missed a part that the pixel bots can be run on an arduino making anti cheats useless. Normally an anti cheat can still pick up a pixel bot cause it will see two different inputs for your mouse but if you run in on an arduino the anti cheat will only see one input and arduino are what 5 10 bucks? You don't need a dma and another pc.

I wish we had an episode on how big of a threat DMA is on online events. I think an entire episode on how they’re literally undetectable by even kernel level anticheat could see good views. Its an open secret that online valorant events have been infested with them for a while, even if they cost over a thousand dollars and now you have a technician who can blackmail you

but youre forgetting all the steps inbetween required to get your viewangle, the enemy's position, convert that position to another viewangle and write to your original viewangle, all requiring you to do complex math and read/write memory along the way

Oh God you lack knowledge. Cheats can be installed on to your mouse, keyboard, and other hardwares, its called "input-cheats", it requires very little modification, and the problem with these kind of hardware cheats is that VAC (who let pretty much anything bypass) and a few other anti-cheats, they dont have proper hardware scans, and mouse and keyboard inputs are pretty much just let through to minimize the input latency from you to the server. And these cheat are even used on the pro-scene. They might not be visible, but you hear sounds telling you how close some is to you. And this kind of cheat is the reason why i have written to all esport companies to stop allowing the players to use their own hardware on stage. They, for instance ESL should provide the mouse and keyboard, this will kill the hardware cheat on stage, and will help identify those you use or at least grow a suspicion to that player that all of a sudden play way worse than in the qualifier.

Anticheat, 128 tick, new maps and we get none of that from Valve. 1 billion dollar company and they have to scavenge the community for content, skins, maps and we NEED to play on 3rd party services to have a functional anticheat. It is ridiculous.

The thing is for every measure used to detect a change in the game, I presume these coders can just find that and mask it. Basically everyone trashes VAC but is it even possible to detect these cheats 100% all the time? I feel the ONLY way is basically AI that will study general aim and tendencies. But even still how does that stop it detecting someone toggling their cheats in critical moments? Maybe AI will be that good it can tell? But from a coding perspective I think valve can't do anything

The point is never the stop all cheaters, its to force them to use expensive hardware and expensive private cheats like you see in Valorant. If you want to cheat in cs you can just download something for free, in Valorant youll have to pay hundreds of dollars if you dont want to get insta banned. Thats why cs has so many cheaters.

That's what the new vac was hyped up to be. Futuristic AI that sees people that seem suspicious and decide if it's a cheater or not basically. Ofc what we got wasn't nearly as good as that. When the cheat coders get ahold of what they can manipulate w/o ban they will continue abusing it until it is detected. Then they will just check what's going on differently and try new ways etc etc. There are many ways of being able to see what's happening in a program like a game that is with the source code hidden but not what it does and that's what you manipulate. Rather it's one way. Faceit unfortunately isn't immune to cheaters, it's more how the dma thing is. As well as people report more often or rather someone looks at the reports and they can ban or not. Then again cheaters do it for the fun of seeing people rage. At the same time using simpler cheats so being able to annoy as many as possible is also a plausible reason why they flock to premier. Easy access. If only people stop responding to cheaters and raging, or it will just continue. Who cheats if they don't notice any reaction from the victims? They wouldn't find it as fun. The wannabe pros using cheats wanting to seem legit are just pathetic but I pity them since they won't get anywhere from personal skill, poor self-esteem or just not good enough or no practicing. Who knows and who really cares. Cheaters gonna cheat. Little sidetracked there but meh.

Tagged a blatant 5 stack yesterday. They turned on because we were "cheating". Blatant 5 kills through walls. They then turned off until the last rounds, as usual. Funny thing was, we didn't lose a single round when someone on their team didn't spinbot. They were actually silvers. Like, comically bad. All that stuff does not cost 1000 dollars in Russia or other third world countries like Ukraine or Poland. It is minimum 50 bucks and second PC can be some trash, it only needs to stream the cheat back.

@@yoked391 It works in a legit way, you can adjust smoothness of aim. You control it not really an AI controlling. It helps you direct your shots to enemies, you train it by playing like 5-10 games and it gather pictures in game on what and who to shoot. It is a separate software that doesn't need to be hooked to the main game so its pretty safe for now unless the anti-cheat detects and blacklist some opened tasks. Tried it in alot of games like pubg, fortnite, val, cs2, tf2 and alot of fps games out there...

All I got from this is that competitive gaming is going to die in a few years. Devs will never fix the issue tbh, I dont even think they can at this point.

My laptop would explode if I tried to run CS:GO on it.

There's nothing impressive technically. All it is, is grabbing information that the devs have given to the players and just hidden. An aimbot is one of the most simple programs. set xco to bleh. set yco to bleh. Done. The problem is entirely with devs not having good enforcement and not practicing and data security. There's no good reason for the client PC to see the enemy players in their spawn, but in CS, you have always been able to do this. They could mask it, and remove radar hacks and make wall hacks much less useful, with less than a week's work. It's the same thing as culling unnecessary graphics, they already have the toolset. They choose not to, just like they chose not to build the tools a community moderation team would need and hiring moderators. It's just cheaper not to.

I stopped playing competitive games altogether . so many losers out there so single player game is the only way out.

Valorant's anticheat is so good that it doesnt need any update in 3 years and to prove that they never added a replay system. 💪

What you mean they never update their vanguard in 3 years? They update it EVERY WEEKS, it was probably the hardest Anti-Cheat to get around, if you ever look into the condition in cheating in Valorant you would know that even the best cheat made by the most seasoned software engineers can still be detected in Valorant

They never ever mention anywhere an update on the anticheat first of all. Second your best anticheat to get around can't detect scripts, which they stated they need to manual ban. Secondo of all you have no idea how many cheaters there are in the game because there is no replay system and thats done on purpose.@@kkjkkj2584

This is very sad, that valve doesnt seem to give a crap about cs2 cheating problem. You encounter cheaters in every other game, even in the lower ranks. It's so frustrating that the game itself gets better with every update but then you get shat on by hackers...

My favorite things about the Valorant community is their inability to realize its cheating problem. Also their refusal to admit anti aim as a cheat. Anytime you bring it up they shrug it off like its some conspiracy cheat. Like atleast the CS community knows about the cheaters and knows Value dowsnt really care. While valo players are over here sucking down “kernal level anti cheat” propaganda not realizing it doesnt actually do anything different that every other “kernal level anticheat” other fps games use but dont tell you about (like cod)

the skill necessary to code these untraceable cheats is a form of art in of themselves. cheaters capable of this likely do not get gratification from simply cheating games to win, but rather having a sort of power over the game company, "outplaying" them.

Makes me laugh when I get called bad for calling our obvious cheats and it will be the people cheating that will say mad cause bad type shit when there garbage at the game

cs2 prolly has most cheaters there is to exist man. 6 straight matches with spinbots. Team is not cooperating too like they won't help me kick the cheater. damn server I have.

I suspect eventually a company will develop a cheat detection AI that analysis known humans to learn how a normal human behaves without cheats to learn what odd behaviors correlate to cheats and use that analyses reported cheaters. It won't be 100% but is probably the next best thing to a human watching every game back again.

It's already out there. These BS companies just don't want to pay for it. Instead they want to build a in house anti-cheat. Look up for a video called Saving FPS Games - AI Anti-Cheat here on youtube

People romanticizing valorants anicheat like tis that much better. it's not. it's just perceived that way so less people cheat. you really don't need the second pc to get around kernel level anti cheat. it certainly helps, but not necessary. now i am not saying cs doesnt have an issue and a weaker anti cheat, but va's isnt that much btter. community moderated anit cheat systems, like overwatch tend to prefrom way better.

I just don't get why you narrated the part about getting cheats by saying "If YOU want to install cheats..."!
