Out of office, yes. Humilitated and prosecuted? No. As I always post, if you have evidence of wrong doing by a politician, get a piece of paper, pen, envelope and stamp. Write about your evidence and send a letter to your local federal prosecutor. The FBI has a section, that does not interact with other sections of the FBI that investigates politicians.

I'm hoping there will be a housing crisis so I can buy cheaply when I sell a few houses in 2025. As a backup plan, I've been thinking about purchasing stocks. What advice do you have for choosing the best buying time? On the one hand, I continue to read and see trading earnings of over $500k each week. On the other side, I keep hearing that the market is out of control and experiencing a dead cat bounce. Why does this happen?

I’m a retired professional chef - I can tell you that the only way to survive what is happening economically is to learn how to cook at home with fresh products and learn how to garden in containers . Knowing how to bake a loaf of bread will save you thousands of dollars. As a single mother I Diapered my two children with cotton diapers that i washed at home and saved enough to send my kids to college, literally. I know because I did it.

But I also remember when a college meal consisted of saltine crackers and sardines, and a big night out was splitting a pizza with friends at the local dive. I talked to a guy back in the early 2000's that worked for Social Security. Remember when Bill Clinton was forced to sign the Welfare Reform Bill? Well the Government decided to find a way to keep these people on the public dole. Millions were moved from Welfare over to Social Security Disability. On top of that he told me of how nine people that were collecting Welfare were dumped into his office so they could collect a paycheck. It was a total disaster because none of them wanted to show up for work. When they did show up for work they all found excuses to slack off. The worst part was he couldn't get rid of them.

And sadly, even if they can pull a magic trick out of the hat to continue handing out the checks, they will have no purchasing power, I am on social security disability after a major accident, 5 years ago I could get by reasonably, now I live in an RV on the back of a friend's property until he sells. My real hope is I have a short life expectancy do to health issues... it just gets harder the longer I live.

Commercial is in trouble and may be a decade of low values. Most will be repurposed. Family home prices will sink. Probably by 10 - 15% at first and then up to 40% within 12 months later. Generally all homes will lose value, but pockets will go up to 50% loss. This happened during 1970's - 1980's. If I recall I did stock some flour, sugar, canned veggies and lots of pasta and sauce. I remember many friends losing their homes because the mortgage was more than the value. When I bought my home, as a single woman, my friends and real estate agents kept telling me..."You can afford a bigger home. When the prices go up a bigger home is going to escalate a lot more than a small home". But I always lived below my means, so I bought the little home. When the bad times came, which they did time and time again, I never was worried because I had no debt, a vehicle paid for, and a small home which lost little value compared to the bigger houses. I sold my last home 2 years ago for what I thought was a fair value. I wanted to be ahead of the market downturn. I knew I could get more but I've always believed it is better to have money in hand rather than waiting for something better. And it was priced at $1 million. Put my house on the market and it sold in 5 hours. Real Estate wanted to counter offer with higher price, but I don't believe in doing that to people. I stuck with my original price. I'm now pushing 80, with enough money to live a comfortable life, in a rental next to my daughter, where my children, grandchildren and a great grandchild drop by regularly for a meal or just to chat.... I wish my back didn't hurt as much as it does (from a skiing accident) but at least everything else is in working condition and I'm still able to live a full life. Life is full of hard times. If you're not prepared then you will have a harder time... learn from it this time and start preparing for the next "hard" time...because it is coming.

An expression used like "new and improved", "all new for (fill in the year)", "super charged", "premium", "extra high", "turbo charged". I see both sides on pensions, many public servants like teachers are underpaid and the pension is a big perk. It's not unreasonable for public servants who've paid in and have a contractual expectation, have a reasonable expectation to get that pension.

People not going back to work has caused an assortment of problems. Janitors and Security guards are losing their jobs. Buildings are getting property tax abatements for turning into multi-use buildings,. Residential property tax is going way up to ridiculous levels. The only people who benefit are businesses not renewing their office leases.

I was gaslit when I was telling realtors I would not be paying the sticker price on houses that were 4-6 times the tax assessed value. They told me its supply and demand blah blah blah! Im not the boomers and Gen X golden parachute retirement plan!

You have a problem with a guy who retired early? Let's face it. if he worked hard enough in life to afford to retire early, that's a huge blessing. Good for him!
