I prefer these ”tiny and cramped” spaces over what we usually see with modern homes. Usually the overall feel is cold and empty, in this house the vibe is warm and homey.

I would buy this, keeping in mind that the kids have fled the coup and there are only two of us at the moment. Plus household staff.

Movie theater was sooo small for a house that big. Office TV was as big as the office itself. Great review, always love watching. I too miss Mikey tho.

Movie theater is a complete failure. It is so cramped that it is impossible to organize a viewing with family or friends. Moreover, it is impossible to install speakers in such a tight space, to ensure adequate sound quality.

I haven't seen cozy houses with a nice design for a long time. There are a lot of expensive and huge houses! But not all of them would like to live in

This is absolutely hands down beautiful. The garage and the way it was constructed is amazing and the contents are a few of my favorite things. I would love to visit Dubai one day. There is a point where a channel becomes a business and loses its original charm. As good as this house and tour are, it is clear that the channel is doubling down on hyperbole. Enes, you should address at least in a general way the reason why Mickey is gone. He provided your channel a favorite word of you "Character." His voice, his cadence, his comments, and his participation were as much part of your tours as the house themselves. You guys also had chemistry and through the camera whether real or not, the word friendship came across every time. It is really hard to generate that natural warmth. Something has been lost. The fact that I was like "Why is Cody doing so many videos?" "Why is Mickey not in the group picture taken in Dubai?" "Let's see the comments" Shows you that he is missed, and his absence should not be ignored. My second point is that we already have you, Enes, to provide the charm and showcasing language of the tours. We do not need a second person hyping the properties as well. It gets annoying very quickly. So, consider perhaps having the cameraman add some valuable down-to-earth information. Just a recommendation, obviously you need to do what is best for the channel and if the double dipping works and does not get old, then it is what it is.

This house is astonishing ❤ one of the best ever on this channel. Enes was made for this gig. A fabulous presenter and being Italian I like it when he mentions anything Italian made, the best in the World at everything from Cars to Stonework to Cabinets 💎

Definitely noticed a difference in editing, the property is impressive with touches of personal space to detach from the stress of everyday living. I was particularly surprised with the Poliform cabinetry and closets, sophisticated and detail oriented right down to the hangars. The view? Tranquil. Thank you for sharing the property.

enes has a youtube channel with now millions of subscribers meaning he makes millions of dollars at this point. Im pretty sure mikey didnt feel it was fair getting paid whatever he was getting paid when enes is making millions and so he probably commented on it and from enes' perspective he is the channel so why would he pay a particular cameraman hundreds of thousands when he could pay this kid cody probably a fraction of what enes makes and for the same end result. lifes rough
