    You can get them from your local Hoshizaki Distributor: hoshizakiamerica.com/locate-distributor/. If they don't have any in stock... please remind them they can order them through the Hoshizaki Print on Demand portal. These are the same orange tech books given at Hoshizaki Service Schools.

    My Hoshizaki ice machine suddenly has problem. The ice pieces are connected to each other and form a whole big piece of ice pad. Do you have any ice what's wrong with it? It's only 2 year old

    Sorry for the delay. Ice bridging usually occurs due to a restriction in water flow. So first replace water filters (replace every 6 months), clean water inlet screen, clean spray tubes. Depending on the water conditions in your area you may need to do this preventative maintenance more frequently than outlined in the model's instruction manual (www.hoshizakiamerica.com/manuals). If those do not fix your issue call our Tech Support with your model and serial number at 1-800-233-1940. They can help diagnose most issues over the phone.
