Great to see you back Harmin! I don’t understand the justice system these days! So many people committing crimes and murders. Yet get out of jail and free to live. So many murders I have heard about that the murderer gets 10-50 years and they are out in less than ten. Back in the day murderers were convicted and either hung or got the electric chair a couple years later. It’s scary!

They actually have put a temporary stop to it about 7 or 8 yrs ago under our current governor. If he gets voted out, then death penalty could come back

My Grandfather was James Elledge's sponsor when he was released from prison in Washington State. Got him the job at the church where the murder/kidnapping happened. He for obvious reasons didn't speak about it. He did attend the execution per James request as he was one of the only people "close" to him in his life.

He is learning his lesson. It's just not the one you're trying to teach.

Life should mean life, not with a possible parole. So sad for Bertha, she was the age I am now. To kill someone in a church is sinking to a new low. I have a friend who was attacked in a church break in, she has never been the same.

He should never have been allowed out of prison the first time, when he kidnapped someone and left them out in the desert to die. It only escalates after that to murder.

No cold-blooded killer should ever be released back into society.

This guy was bad news from the very beginning as a child. Once again the justice system doing a steller job.

Some never learn , somehow they're given a chance to get out and live a comfortable life only to do more crime
