People are so scared to get sick. Honestly, if that's how you wanna live that's fine. But even if i got sick (not saying that i would) that's life. Think about how long this guy has been cooking on the street. Yet hes still open.

Do any of you complaining about the tongs and e-coli understand that the heat and the cooking process kills any bacteria that might have you flinching from trying this cuisine? I've been in several Chinese restaurants and some were very clean, some were shit holes. I've never gotten sick once and honestly, the shit holes served the better tasting food. My family always bugged me about cleaning the grill of my barbecue, but I never do because the charred residues add to the flavor of whatever I'm cooking.

+Ad van Tuil EVERYTHING can cause cancer. We're all going to die. My mother is 93 and grandparents lived into their 90's and they ate all kinds of stuff you'd consider 'bad' for you now.

Years ago, I watched a guy was squeezing a lot of oil inside every hot pot when he is cooking outside a Mong Kok restaurant. I'm an aged person, can't afford oil in my eating stuff. Since then, I refuse to eat them.
