Honda Hornet 250 First Start in 5 years - 1996 CB250F - Ride By Exhaust sound
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
In this video i dust the cobwebs off a 1996 Honda Hornet 250 / CB250, sometimes called the Honda Jade..Cleaned th carbs, cleaned the tank, cleaned the air filter and put in some new fuel. The bike has a unique whine as it has Gear driven cams..
Who is AridersLife ?? - Im just a guy who loves motorcycles, this channel is all about bikes i ride, film, test, review, fix and discuss. I do not represent a business or organisation but an ideology that everyone needs a bike in their life!. Thank you for reading this family friendly message :-)

@@ventisette. Yeah...and the 'Jade' even has stickers/decals marking it as a Jade model - as the Hornet has 'Hornet' stickers/decals. Anyone calling a Hornet a Jade is doing so in error...and to Honda they are two separate models. A very nice bike in the video by the way!🙂
Love these bikes for what it is it’s quick
I rode one of these few year ago and for a little 4 potter it sounded amazing
Most Sexiest 250cc bike of 1990s and still looks classy in design. HONDA is the best japanese motorcycle manufacturer.

Bruh what happened here. I used to watch you religiously 7-8 years ago, I swear you had 10 times the subs then. And now you've got your face in here too! Hope life's well mate. You got me deep into bikes!

Mems bro. My first bike in Australia was one of them in the candy blue. My next bike was a '98 600 version with the lovely 16" front wheel that made tyre choice so good, such sweet bikes tho.
Hopefully gonna pick one up this week I can’t wait

Loved my old Hornet 250, had one in candy red. Sounds like a mini F1 car with the pipe taken off.

Been meaning to get the ZXR250 going again, but having to do carb stuff after riding with EFI is gah.
Have one absolutely bulletproof.
I still own a CB400 SuperFour NC31 but I am always been amazed by the Cb250 RPM... That Engine it's a master piece of engineering. Made to comply with strict Japanese rider age X engine size restriction.. :-)

I still have a CB250FX
Needs a tune and balance probably got shit in the pilot jets and the balance sounds out based on the stumble just off idle

agreed, i should have recorded how it laboured before i gave the carbs a quick cleanout. lol it was brutal.
If this CB250F is considered as a pocket-rocket What will be the CB400, in comparison with the CB250F, of approximately similar horsepower.? What will you call a CB1000 project big one then.? Animal names to be used for easy reference
@AridersLifeYT
Жыл бұрын
CB250F hornet 40hp, CB400 super revo v-tec 55hp CB1000 - 125hp i wouldn't consider the hornet 250 a pocket rocket, as that term is an american term for a sports bike.
