Pauls Postie Bike - with the arrival of the huge box of parts, we are slipping into the front end rebuild on the postie, Once again Paul shows us how to complete the job at home with minimal tools and equipment. Whist this video covers the steps involved, we are not qualified mechanics so you may see some methods employed that you don't agree with. This video is for entertainment, and shows how a backyarder with a box of tools, busting nuts and bashing things. This is how we got it done!

So glad I found your channel. I just rescued an old 1981 ct110 that’s been sitting behind a shed for the last 6 years. I’ll be doing the fork seals soon.

Thanks I’ll be catching up on all of your postie videos while I wait for parts to arrive. Lots of work to do and with Xmas around the corner I can’t just order everything I need at once my wife would kill me. But a few $10-$20 parts here and there she’ll never know.

I have the next 5 or 6 months to get it done. I’m in southeast Alaska and it’s snowing for the next 4 or 5 months LOL

I’ve found a couple places that sell parts but they are in Australia and only ship there. Lambda motorcycles even has some used parts. And the other one is one10? Maybe? I think that’s it.
