No worries mate. I will be doing more testing over summer on other mods.

Did the mixture lean out with the larger exhaust on it. I found mine full standard good filter valve clearances done etc is rich like .8 lambda at full throttle ? Was told they run rich from factory to help keep them cool

I tried leaning these engines out and they make slightly more power but not enough to be able to justify holding it at full throttle for half an hour. I do know of a few bikes that have grabbed in the bore on a hot day from running them lean and mean at full throttle.

take the airbox off from the crate at the back and see if that makes a difference, will help with it being too rich as well

Carby is way to sensitive. Tried it and failed

@@frashd Oh well, that is what i am going to do with my postie, as well as putting 2 exhausts on it and drilling out the main jet
