This homemade white cheese - known as "jebneh baida" in Arabic - is a firm cheese with a mild taste. It is traditionally served with tomatoes, olives, cucumbers, fresh mint leaves and/or basil leaves. While it can be enjoyed at any time of the day, this white cheese is a breakfast favourite!

Yield: 570 g cheese block

A. Ingredients /المقادير:
- 4 L whole milk (3.25% M.F.) / اربع ليتر حليب بقر سائل كامل الدسم
- 1/2 cup white vinegar / نصف كوب خل ابيض
- 1/2 tbsp nigella seeds / نصف ملعقة طعام حبة البركة
- 1 1/2 tbsp sea salt (coarse or regular) / ملعقة طعام ونصف ملح خشن او عادي
