    halloumi cheese is the best for kunafa, but you should take out the salt first

    I tried it for kunafa. Yes, it can stretch but make sure it's not salted you can put it on low heat in a pan and get the water that comes out of it and directly take it off the stove and apply it on top of your kunafa, and spread it all over. good luck.

    It has to be salty I think u need to marinate it multiple times in water ( more than two times) and drain it every 6-8 hours You need to check if its salt is good every time you drain its water

    U have to sock in then water.. Around 6 hour n change the water every .2 hour...
