Using spreadable softened butter is a genius idea, so much easier than having to roll out the hard block of butter in crescents!

Oh my goodness - the basic dough, without all the butter and folding, makes a GREAT pizza crust - and you don’t even need to let it rest!! I am SOOOOOO going to try this, thanks Gemma!!

I used to be afraid, but now I just kind of get it over with and pop it open as quick as possible. It's a bit like ripping off a bandaid - you know it's inevitable, so why delay it? And those are my favorite dinner rolls, so it's worth it :)

Hi Velinda. You can make and shape the dough ahead of time. Store the unbaked rolls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
