    Hallo all, be a smart viewers ya.. biasakan menonton videonya hingga tuntas untuk informasi yang jelas ya. Banyak yang berkomentar bahwa bahannya ribet, mahal, susah di cari dll.     If you want to make Korean chili powder (gochugara) yourself, you need to remove the seeds of the dried chili before you blend it. Korean chili powder is redder and less spicy because the seeds have been removed.

    fyi dashida Korea biasanya bersinggungan/menggunakan fasilitas bersama dengan bahan bersumber babi. tapi diakhir video Miss culinary sudah kasih alternatif ya bisa pakai kaldu sapi bubuk lokal yang tersertifikasi halal. thanks untuk ilmu dan resepnya Miss culinary.. saya ingin coba resepnya. ❤️

    I make my traditional gochujang from scratch. Original gochujang is made of fermented soya bean, rice syrup or honey, salt and fine gochugaru. But your version could be a good substitute for a quick gochujang. I should try this. Thanks.

    Pengen coba bikin sepertinya mudah ya, penjelasannya sgt jelas plus ada tipsnya.sgt bermanfaat . Saya dah coba bikin kimchinya meskipun ada yg di skip bahannya , seperti lobak di ganti wortel, ghoguchang diganti bon cabe, dan ga pake buah pear. Tp alhamdulillah enaaak . Baru habis satu minggu kemaren. Skrg saya lg bikin kimchi lg nih smg berhasil lg.....mksh mrs.culinary walaupun telat baru nemu channelnya 😊

    I tried the recipe and i quiet like the result 👍🏻 i didn't use the mushroom broth but i think it would be good cause my gochujang doesn't have that umami flavour like she said in the video 🤔 i will update my comment when i tried cooking with it 🤗 thank u for the video 🥰

    Came here for gochujang recipe because it's not available in our country. And the first ingredient is gochugaru, a korean type of chili. Now do I have to go korea to buy chilies so that I can make it?🙂

    I think you can use mix spicy paprika powder and sweet paprika powder to be not spicy. My husband also can't eat spicy, I will try also 😊😉👍

    mending beli aja gochujangnya yg udah jadi ga ribet2 bikin di supermarket itu mah, sama aja bahan2 korra juga, malah susah dicari bahan2nya dan jatuhnya harganya mahal2 jg ya. . 😂

    masakan korea sering saya sajikan untuk majikan saya di Hongkong dan terimakasih untuk resepnya. meski di hongkong banyak terjual murah konghujang tapi sekarang saya tahu bagaimana homemade bilw tidak bisa membelinya
