Hi. Tip for you - if you flip the top of a ziplock bag inside out it turns the bag into a self standing (ok leaning) receptacle - but more importantly it forms a rough O - keeping the mouth of the bag wide open for ease of entry. It also keeps the seal out of the way and free of debris that can compromise the seal. Hope this helps.

@@Qwertylol awesome! Yes It’s the timberline 1300! It’s a beautiful grill! double insulated walls, excellent design and it’s all WiFi and I believe it has super smoke as well! The most I’ve been able to put in the 780 is about 40 pounds a meat at one time without having to cut the meat to fit.. when I do ribs it’s about 7 with the last cut in half to fit.. done about 10 tri tips easily.. the 1300 you won’t have a problem fitting enough! Our family’s been Keto/carnivore for a couple years now and I was going thru grills like crazy this one has held up.. my only suggestion would be to clean the grill right after.. it takes me 15mins to vacuum, wipe down the inside replace the grease tray and clean the grates.. then you won’t have to worry about flame ups and the soot building up inside the smoker..
