More like this Please! So many things can be frozen, helping families avoid eating out (especially fast food) and helping us avoid junk food but the details matter, and so many recipes come with Zero advice for freezing, thawing, out reheating. There are tons of fresh meals that can be made faster by bulk production of parts that freeze once a month and grabbing those components for the final through together in a weeknight. It improves nutrition and reduces stress, but so little out there comes with those tips, so you have to experiment on recipes you like. If pros like you started giving tips on make-ahead, freeze-ahead parts... We busy parents would be so thankful!!
