This is one of those scps that can be described as “meh idea, amazing execution.” The idea of a bunch of people appearing out of nowhere and beating the shit out of you only when your alone doesent seem that interesting on paper at least to me but the article does a good job of addressing the realistic ramifications of such a thing happening.

​@@thomasdahlberg5920 I forget what number it was, but I remember there being an SCP that was a sapient AI that took advantage of the paranoia of large governments and the Foundation itself to cause everyone to turn against each other and eventually instigate a nuclear apocalypse. It's listed as safe because it got sent to our dimension after destroying another, and it had enough data alongside it that the Foundation decided to just keep it in a USB locked in a box. It can't find any organizations to exploit without an internet connection, especially when the Foundation already knows what it did.

"God made man samuel colt made them equal" is a bar to drop after you shoot three people in self defense.

People underestimate this one, but what makes it truly creepy is the fact that it is grounded in reality. It's not unheard of that people self-inflict wounds for attention or out of mental disorder and claim it was done by assailants of some sort. No physical evidence of assault is found, obviously. This is a really disturbing take on these happenings.

I’m pretty far deep into the SCP rabbit hole, and I still don’t know this one. Goes to show how many SCPs there are.

Had never heard of this SCP before. Seems pretty unique but not horrifying like some other Keter SCPs (AHEM AHEM SCP 4666 "The Yule Man").

i think this one is one of the worst ones still tho, simply because if you get targetted you are just gonna keep being beaten to death no matter how many times you kill them, and the worst part? You are completely alone. the only way to survive this scp is to have someone with you at all times, even in the bathroom or in a car. and thats gonna be hard to happen when everyone thinks you are crazy

@@dembi2770 understandable. But then again, 4666 attacks more than one person at a time. Not only that, 4666 tends to be more lethal as it also kills the victim's whole family and then forces the victim (who is a child btw) to make little dolls made from human materials, and if they were to ever stop the victim gets tortured and turned into a barely living life-sized doll. Then again, it's all up to preference, so you do you.

Video 15 that I recommend SCP 5031 by TheVolgun. The story of Yet Another Murder Monster will certainly put a smile on your face.

Although it might not be horrifying, I’d recommend Volgun’s video on SCP-1000. I love the way it takes a well-known concept and turns it into an interesting and intimidating scenario

So, if you're interested in Keter class SCPs, one of my favorite is SCP-3241, the SS Sommerfeld (despite the name, it shouldn't trip your Thalassophobia). First, though, I would watch SCP-5001 "Sacrosanct". It's one of those "Thaumiel" class SCPs that aid containment; and has serious implications and far reaching impact in the Foundation. SCP 3241 is a very interesting exploration of the dangers of the very tools that containment is sometimes dependent on. I know I'm not saying much with that, but I don't want to spoil it; and Volgun's performance is _incredible._

Another good one would be 5031. Recently discovered it and it is probably one of the most interesting SCPs I've seen because of it's "LET HIM COOK" redemption arc.

I think a good one would be 3108, "the nerfing gun." It's a "safe" scp, but has an interesting story behind it and showcases a bit of how the Foundation operates and puts it a bit into perspective.

Suggestion for a future one Alicia. Try SCP 001 Memento Mori by the exploring series The way that one is written (and subsequently narrated in the video) is so cool

The Samuel Colt quote is an old one and might actually date back to the man's lifetime.

You should check out SCP-1762 where the dragons went, one of my absolute favorites.

The thing about that is that it likely wouldn’t look self inflicted, but it could potentially be filed under self inflicted. If victims of these events go to the hospital, doctors looking into the injuries would likely be able to tell what it looks like when someone was assaulted by a group of people. The problem comes from the fact that once that’s confirmed no one would be able to do any follow up on the assailants because there’s no trace of them available to help in tracking them down.

Any autopsy will tell that the damage was not self inflicted...

Because its spooky month, I wanna suggest The Oldest View series by Kane Pixels on KZread. Though there are three videos (as of this comment) I personally recrommend watching them one after the other in one sitting as two of the three are much shorter than the last. The last video of the series is also ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING. It gave me nightmares and the heebie-jeebies for days. But it's amazing. Final note: I like you, think you're cool. Thank you.

This SCP is basically what Gang Stalking sufferers think is going to happen to them.

Yes, but the execution sells it. If this thing chooses you, it won't stop until you are dead. You might get a year between attacks, or a couple of weeks. Not only do you have the constant physical threat, but also a psychological threat and it is bound to destroy your social life as you look crazy. Even if you are able to survive, you have a life of pain and paranoia ahead of you.

After reading a bunch of The Dresden Files I can only conclude that this SCP is just a bunch of Winter Fae. It's the only thing that makes sense to me. Doesn't make it less terrifying, the Unseelie Court is fucking crazy.

Dude a detective movie that accidentally stumbles onto this anomaly would be a banger of a film. Not even advertised as such, the whole time you think it's some psychological thriller of a guy with intense Munchausen's and schizophrenia harassing the fuck out of this detective with incidents that seem tailor-made to confuse the investigators, and then at the end the detective gets picked up by a black van and force-fed a pill. And the detective's like "are you the gang he hired to beat him up? Are you trying to kill me? What does he WANT from me?" and the SCP operative is surprised; "You STILL think it's a hoax? Huh. Waste of a good pill." And the detective realizes the guy's literally been telling the truth the whole time, that it WAS a "demon". And then the detective's memory blanks out.

the gun shot part is an issue for me as their would have been an impact point on a wall or surface area if he was a crazy guy but there wasn't so clearly he shot something that was no longer there. the police should have caught that but i guess guy got hospitalized due to bad police work

If you are interested in a cognitohazard, I would like to recommend you SCP-2521. It's an amazing concept even among the cognitohazard category.

There is an Amusement Park SCP that sends out free tickets every month on the 13th to random people. It is a Safe SCP called Funland and the Volgun reads it as well. I recommend it

The volgun is a good choice but scp archives is very good too, it’s more of a story style for most stories it’s good in general, The redwood bureau is also a very good fandom too get into. As a horror connoisseur you should watch these. The rubber and Dr bob are more of the meh scp channels, but no hate on there end. The antiquarium of sinister happenings is a nice one too same with The Magnus archives. Bloody Fm is where you should seek out your horror. PS: Also the hotel is a good one by bloody Fm.

Would you watch Epithet Erased? Just 7 episodes, and I am 100% sure you're gonna love the characters.

The Volgun and The Exploring Series are my favorite SCP readers, but I love seeing you react to this universe however you do.

Reupping my suggestion for SCP 1689 (Bag of Holding Potatoes), as well as adding on SCP 426 (I am a Toaster) and SCP 2264 (In the Court of Alagadda).

SCP 5031. Ya boy needs some wholesomeness

Don't think there's a vid for it, but one of my favorite SCPs is still 5404 or "Boom-boom words". A snippet from the containment procedure goes something like "In the time that is now, we are not having smart-knowing about which words go boom-boom. To keep everyone being safely alive, please make not normal talk style." Basically having to write up the SCP in cave-man talk so they don't explode in the process.

Imma recommend another Volgun Video, SCP 3935, The Thing A Quiet Madness Made. I enjoy that one quite a bit. Also SCP 2966, Its fun with physics in a fucked up way.
