Everyone is complaining about the beautiful glass front doors but in the caribbean everyone here just puts up beautiful curtains which adds another level of privacy and elegance.

creeper blinds on a front door would look very weird. It would be different if the glass was frosted or distorted in some way. But my introvert ass can’t hide from unwanted company with a crystal clear door 😅

All these SO CALLED LUXURY communities do NOT EVEN provide Street Lights !!!!!!?? We went to visit our friend and it was ALL BLACK OUT at 6 pm !!!!!! So Scary, so basically in Winters you can NOT take a Walk after 4pm !!! LOZ "Luxury" Their LAME Excuse was something like making it blackout, reducing light pollution so that stars can be seen. REALLY?? In our community its full of street lights plus we have big road near by full of street lights and we can see ALL the STARS! The TRUE reason is- They are CHEAP, want to save money. All the other so called Luxury Communities like Esperenza, Arrowhead Ranch, Bunker Ranch NONE of these Provide street Lights or NOT EVEN Children's Play Grounds !!!! AND THESE ARE CLOSE TO CELL PHONE TOWERS !!!

I appreciate the commentary. The architecture of this house is a bit lackluster. There's a lot of things that don't make sense stylistically, INCLUDING the location of the guest bath, the formal dining, the unnecessarily tall ceilings, etc. They don't add anything to the aesthetic of the house, and the narrator did a good job of pointing them out. To be fair this is a model home, which is why the style is so disjointed across the house.

ALL the rooms and kitchen and closets are SMALL. And where's the room for kids' play area?? They ALWAYS like to STAY with PArents meaning near Kitchen/Family Room. WHY NO Living room, Library, Storage room?? There must be at least a door/enclosed Formal dining, so that when not using, it doesnt get dusty. Kitchens MUST be a Separate room, dont want all the oil, spices Spreading in the WHOLE home !!! Hate media rooms with NO WINDOW! If someone dont want a media room, give them OPTION of Having WIndows there instead!!!

Actually love quite a bit of the interior! Personally I have absolutely no problem with the layout of the main floor having the formal dining room near the front door. In the house I grew up in our front had the same layout with the office/piano room to the left and formal dining on the right (which I've hardly ever seen since in other homes) so it's very nostalgic to me.

Mother in law suite ? 🙄Nope! Better put my storage there, a full room with shelves to put my groceries, drinks and more.

The doors are not secure for me. Will feel scared all the time. The home is amazing and neighbors not so near. I will make sure my home will have reinforced columns. I think that is how its call.

Don’t like the front doors and highly disappointed with the master bedroom and bathroom. Everything else is beautiful!!!

I think the title for that bathroom will be great if the colors of the wall changed. The colors all over the house are off.

Imagine paying 850k for a house, you go in, and your master bedroom is the same size as a closet, as well as being right next to the guest bathroom. They could have put the master where the theater and "work room" space is and put the theater where the master is.

I would change out the front door for sure and instead of the mother in law suite I would put the laundry room and storage. Also where is the garage?

Like the outside of this home, but just overall layout and design of the home/finishes really not that exciting. I’m curious about what that runs.

I just wanted to do a mental comparison of what we have previously seen and whats in my area. It’s also just informative to see what your paying for that VS. Something that you might actually like

Nice house minus glass front doors. I think when giving tours it’s best to keep your negative comments to yourself as you are trying to sell a home. Just my two cents.

Thanks for the feedback Julie Purmal, however I'm not trying to sell anything. I'm in real estate and I take my camera (phone) with me when I'm previewing a home or a model home. I just give my honest opinion, good or bad, at least it's the truth. I really do appreciate the comment comment and thanks for watching.

I love the front door. The location of the guest restroom downstairs is totally wrong. The tiles and wall color of the first bathroom upstairs are awful! The media room is spectacular. Those regular tubs should be illegal..no one uses those anymore. The back porch, the kitchen, and the pantry are awesome.

i persaonlly feel s if the media room should be even lighter. just a bit too dark for such a small odd shaped room with no windows.
