SW Austin? That’s more of west Austin if it feeds to Lake Travis. South west would be around Bowie HS

Hi Raminder Singh, in that zip code are two decent choices, Bratton Park and Wells Branch. However, I would recommend looking at Scofield Farms. It's a little south of that zip code (78727) but a great neighborhood

Hey Dan, if you want to stay in Austin proper, I'd say Barrington Oaks and the Anderson mill / Anderson mill west area. If you can stretch into Cedar Park, try Ranch at Cypress Creek and Cypress Bend. If you are looking for larger lots (1/2 acre) look at Shenandoah. I don't think there will be any options for new construction, unless you push up into liberty hill.

Maybe its just me, but the only thing I dint really like it the guest room upstairs, especially so close to the kids room. I always want my guest rom to be almost spa like, I just really like to make my family and friends as comfortable as possible when they come to visit, and having the room share a wall with the kids just doesn't seem serene to me.
