I don't mind the distribution of the house but!!, I would built the kitchen again, change the countertops and that horrible island, and change the bathrooms 💯 then I all good🤷🏽♀️😆☺️ . . I really love one story homes!! Keep showing more!!!💯
I want that home from the Toll Brothers called the Lacey it was wayyy nicer than this and lower cost . Even though it had only 4 bedrooms it was 1000 times better imo . Same area I believe . It’s crazy what 11 months can do to a homes price in Austin .

A nice home this is! But 700g is to steep for this house not to mention construction and lack of amenities. Where I live here in newyork city this home would cost much more if you could find it. In Atlanta you can get this house and one much greater in sq footage outside space possibly more bedrooms and bathrooms and perhaps a built in elevator for this price. Maybe a bit less depending on location and builder. But I must say again it is a very nice home.

So are the fairly recent Belterra homes still forced to use Texas Community Propane and pay high heating costs in the winter or did the new builds come with heat pumps or other energy options? I know KVUE or KXAN did a story on the propane issues in Belterra a couple years ago and so I wondered if newer homes have a way for owners to have better options.

@JessLovesMusic, there was an issue with the propane company over billing years ago, but that’s been fixed. I know several people in Belterra who have all told me that they have pretty average propane bills.
This is a beautiful home. Love it.
The architect tried too hard on this build.

Sir. Your videos are very informative. But I am feeling nauseous every time I watch your tours. Please consider using a motorized gimble (stabilizer) for your camera phone. You can easily buy one on amazon for 100$. Thanks for your consideration. I am using your videos for research. I am getting real bad headaches lol.

Where To Live In Austin is it a motorized gimbal? If it is, perhaps refrain from panning and tilting too quickly... it might be giving me motion sickness. Also I am a Californian that is interested in Austin as a possible exodus destination. Can I get in contact with you for questions about Austin?

Bilderburger you can slow down youtube videos or speed them up 2x. Just use that setting. I think it may just be you because I can watch these on 2x speed and feel just fine. I dont think theres a need to go any slower personally :)
