Some people are so blessed with this they don’t even know it
One of the best well thought out homes I’ve viewed on the Internet. It can’t be a Lennar home. It’s too well thought out. Drop dead gorgeous.
Great house love how u were honest and informative took your time to show the house and explain your personal thoughts as if it were your family love that relatable quality

I think your presentation was great. I would feel so comfortable looking and asking questions. You are knowledgeable without a lot of hooey. If you sign up with a realtor that has a lot of hooey, it makes you exhausted by the end of the day. Thanks for this. 😊
What always seems to get lost is they put the laundry room in an inconvenient area. This one is is on the opposite side of the house from the master as well as away from the kids bedrooms which are all upstairs. Our first home was a similar but the plan called for a laundry chute from the hallway upstairs that went directly into the downstairs laundry room. This was a plus for our home when we put it on the market. Our second home has a large laundry room on both levels. It was a must for us.
This is a nice family home.I love the door.
I never an amazing design like this .... wowowo I loved it
That’s a good floor plan! Love the door and the flooring too. Man prices in that neighborhood really spiked up! My first house in Austin used to have checker titles in the kitchen haha very old school.

They haven’t lived if they’ve never experienced the checkered tiles lol
I wish I could’ve raised my family in a home something like this
In my opinion that front door should have been made way bigger . Same shape just double wide and taller .
the grass is gorgeous
Up stairs bed rooms are to small, so are the hall ways. Love kitchen aid! Sick of open concept great rooms.I like formal living rooms with out 📺 I'd put a.gather space in the kitchen and again sad it's not a ranch style.
Every one has their preferences but I don't like those glass front doors

Oh wow I didn’t think about that but the glass door is appealing.
Somebody put a pic of grandma in that room. Lmao! Good staging! Beautiful home!
So many pillows ! I just need 2 on my bed :-)
Classy looking Master area. Good look all around.
Love your tours! Are there any of these planned neighborhoods that are half the distance or just closer to the city?
BEAUTIFUL
I love that black metal front door. Is that custom?
You should stick to one floor at a time , you went upstairs before even showing all of downstairs so it makes it confusing

magnificence💗
Beautiful love love it .
No more videos??? I enjoyed them
It’s beautiful
Wow!!! Beautiful house design.
Lovely house but the doors are not wide enough. For Austin is kind a over price.
I use to own a brand new drees home. It was garbage. From the day I closed I had problems with the home.
Amennnnnnn 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽😍😍😍😍
You have great taste! I'll buy you one for your Birthday
i would prefer to raise kids here than in a mega mansion. its cosy but not too cosy, nice garden and nice size bedrooms
Great job.

omg. Like. But I need at Carmel .mayfieldranch. Shadow glen..Easton park. Do u some house like that. High ceiling.
I hate the wall finish. That is cheap knockdown, that’s what contracts use when they don’t want to pay the price for well installed drywall finish. It collected dust and dirt and just looks like crap.

Should show 1st floor first, also your swirling view made me dizzy
austin is so overpriced compared to other texas cities...you can get a 5 bedroom, 4k sq ft home in houston for like $400,000

Agree with your comment. Too many people from California have moved to Austin and vote for the same policies they did when they lived in California which raises the property “price” value because of the people they put in local office. This home isn’t worth the price.

For texas this is way overpriced. Basic just like California where garbage can clock over a million

Totally agree, it's like the designer went to a chain furniture store and said, "Mind if I borrow your generic store decor?"
No basement?

They do those in Oklahoma because of the tornadoes, and also New York City and Boston for the grandparents. We don’t do those in Texas.
THOSE BASIC TUBS ARE AWFUL
Beautiful house! The decor is horrible though.
Cool house but man is that some low-quality construction. Def not worth the 880.
The decoration is to much
Don't like the way you show this house!
Ugly front door. For this much money, no crown molding? A horrible combination of the checkered tile and the green cabinets. Mirrors in the bathrooms are really cheap looking without any frame.

I loved the checkered tile and green cabinet that was beautiful.
Looks like one of those cheesy, over-done Toll Brothers homes.
huge home, but I think they are just building big cheap home. very little millwork in these homes. cheap floors, cheap fire places. When I'm paying that kind of money I want the best of the best. I don't want something that's going to fall apart. Hate those wall textures. They would be hard to patch yourself, which I patch and paint myself.
CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP FINISHES 500-600 max
