429 Toynevale Rd, Pickering - Open House Video Tour

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Welcome to 429 Toynevale Road, a magnificent custom-built home situated within the prestigious Rosebank community of southwest Pickering.
With a stunning exterior combination of brick, stone and stucco - the stately portico and and its 8’ solid arched front entry door offer a befitting invitation into this architecturally stunning masterpiece.
The grand porcelain-tiled entrance foyer opens into the first of this home’s impressive principal rooms - a den impeccably finished with trimmed walls, opaque water glass-paneled entry doors, and a waffled ceiling.
Across the foyer are the open concept formal entertaining spaces of the living and dining rooms. A tray ceiling, and a gas fireplace surrounded by a floor to ceiling marble-tiled facade, is showcased in the living room - while the dining room’s ceiling is graced with a coffered oval, suspended from which is a beautiful contemporary chandelier.
These rooms showcase just some of the superb appointments seen throughout the home - which include 5” oak hardwood, as well as porcelain-tiled flooring; 7.5” baseboards and 4” casings; 9.5” plaster crown moldings, and 10” bulkhead moldings; beautiful wainscoting detail; solid core interior doors; 14 ceiling speakers, two which are outdoors; pot lighting; as well as exquisite contemporary light fixtures and chandeliers - such as the one illuminating the coffered ceiling of the entrance foyer.
Off the main hall is a beautifully appointed powder room with a water closet and a vanity with a quartz counter, as well as large double coat closet - and the hall leads into a stunning family room and conservatory, both which are open to a chef-inspired custom gourmet kitchen.
Bringing warmth to the light-washed family room is a gas fireplace surrounded by a floor-to-ceiling stacked stone facade. Also featuring a media niche, the fireplace facade is framed with built-in cabinetry complete with glass panelled doors and accent lighting - and with three walls of windows, the sun-filled conservatory has an impressive waffled ceiling accentuating the grandeur of its space.
The stunning work space of the kitchen showcases cabinetry with glass panelled accent uppers and valance lighting; quartz counters, including the waterfall-edged counter of the centre island; a stainless steel prep sink and a double sink; a marble-tiled back splash; and high end stainless steel Jenn Air appliances, including a 36” range with 6-burner gas cooktop and pot filler faucet, built-in microwave and wall oven with warming drawer, and French door fridge.
With a walk-in pantry, built-in wine rack, and a wine fridge - the butler’s servery has direct convenient access to the formal dining room.
The main level also features fourteen oversized windows with transoms; hardwood staircases with wrought iron spindles to the upper and lower levels; as well as 10’ ceilings. The upper and lower levels both feature 9’ ceilings - with three of the upper level bedrooms having 11’ ceilings; and a skylight brightens the upper level staircase and landing.
The second level has four incredibly spacious family bedrooms - all with large walk-in closets complete with custom built-ins; and all feature ensuite washrooms. The well-appointed laundry room features built-in cabinetry, a quartz counter with stainless steel sink, and front load washer and dryer.
Lavishly sized and complete with two walls of custom organizers, is the walk-in closet and dressing room of the master suite - and equally lavish is the luxuriously appointed ensuite washroom. The bedroom itself is huge, with an 11’ tray ceiling with chandelier and pot lighting. A gas fireplace warms the room - and the master bedroom also has a walk-out onto its own private terrace.
The lower level is beautifully suited as an in-law suite for multi-generational families. Fully finished, this level features premium vinyl flooring throughout, and has an exercise room with direct access to the main washroom. Across from the washroom is a laundry area with stacked washer and dryer - and at the end of this hall is a cold cellar; a master bedroom with a double closet and an ensuite washroom; and a second bedroom with a double closet. The open concept principal room features a living room with a tripled-sided gas fireplace; a dining area; as well as a custom kitchen with access to the second cold room. The lower level has its own private patio area, and the stairs lead up to the premium-sized 78’ x 200’ fully fenced backyard.
A short walk to the Montessori Blaisdale School - Petticoat Creek Conservation Area and Rouge National Urban Park are also within walking distance; while the Steeple Hill Shopping Centre, Pickering Town Centre, places of worship, the Rouge Hill and Pickering GO Stations, and access to Hwy 401 are short drives away.

What I couldn't have imagined was how big and gorgeous AND completed w/ full kitchen that basement actually was. I could rent out the entire basement for good sum of money to help pay off the mortgage.😂

If worldly homes are so beautiful. How beautiful house one can get in Paradise and that too free of charge where we have to live forever. No differentiation between rich and poor, just your deeds your faith on God and Prophets will make the difference. These so called beautiful big houses has just no comparison with the palaces of paradise. So instead being impressed by these houses which we may or may not afford to buy, why not to go after those palaces of paradise free of charge.
