I had a few really good ones on vacation recently and I had to give it a go. This one is turning out great so far. When I get it into cans I'll let you know and you can pick a couple up to try.

If that’s a trub dam @6:58 it’s very interesting Great video Iv done a couple sours kettle and traditional pitched types! Not my fav style but good to brew and see the process plus the fear of getting a unwanted infection lol cheers

It is a trub dam, seemed to work ok on the last IPA. I had a lot of trub left in the kettle. Haha yeah we'll see how this one turns out. Hopefully good!
