Brewing up what was supposed to be an imperial stout... Ran into multiple issues but still had a great day brewing. Played some Mario Kart, Donkey Kong, and Mario World. Had beers with a buddy and got one step closer to figuring out the new system. Enjoy guys!

The butterfly valve with the small outlet is probably a valve that you pop a racking arm in the back for a fermenter

It's not, it's a weird valve. Has about a half inch hole 😂. That would've been awesome though.
