Hi i have a HJ-Y3 Tricopter kit Build that iv had for a few years now that has a kk2 flight controller Board on it, I'm just getting back in to flying Drone's and Tricopter, i was using Deviation devo 10 radio and am thinking of moving to the Radiometer TX16S to fly it, cannot find any KZread videos on linking this up to a kk2 board, also with my Deviation devo 10 i had to revers the servos on the Aileron and Elevator do you still have to do this with the new Radiometer TX16S. I'm not using Bata flight. just been watching your build here and wonder if you might have some idea's on this, any help would be very grateful.

Wow! I too, got my start on quads with the KK1 and 2 boards. I remember having to use AVRDude to for updates, and flashing ESCs by listening to beeps. I have to tell ya, things are 100x easier these days. My opinion is that if you continue to try to use that KK2, you'll experience much more frustration than necessary. I think the hobby will be much more fun for you if you upgrade to at least a F4 flight controller (here's a link to the evolution of flight controllers: oscarliang.com/f1-f3-f4-flight-controller/#what-are-f1-f3-f4-f7). If you get a TX16s and the receiver of your choice, and a newer flight controller - you will be amazed at the options you have available, how much easier it is to fly, and it's infinitely easier to set up.
