I think that this is one of the best devices. But despite being short of uarts, I have continued to use omnibus F4 pro. Because it is so cheap. I want to try this device in the future.

Came to say the same thing. It’s a minor thing but I’m disappointed. Only a matter of time before that micro-USB stops working properly.

@@swissfreek Yeah I like the Matek h743-SLIM more, can solder up a USB if needed (or want a remotly mounted USB I guess for a wing), but it's lacking a 9v reg -- just can't win, bring on 2022!

I just hope that this means Holybro isn't discontinuing their F7 line, which use the F745. There are very few FCs on the market that use this chip, which give them enough on-chip flash memory for AP and PX4...

Flywoo Goku line uses F745 chip (in addition to 411). They make pretty extensive use of F745 in their FC lineup, and include support both INAV (3.2+) and, Betaflight support (4.1+). Their products more aimed at rotors (quads, hex), but given popularity of the FC, don't think the chip going away anytime soon. Can't speak for Holybro, but supply of the chips is not an issue.

On their website, they do call F7 v1.5 as being sold out. Hopefully, they will restock it once things ease up.

Could you confirm: 1)with kakute H7 (inc V2) will the Speedybee app and BT coms permit full tweaking when running iNAV (V5.1)? 2)will this permit DUAL (switchable) CAMS (Dji/CADDX) as per most iNAV capaple FC's? DREAM MACHINE (RHETORICAL QUESTION: is it possible: 360km/h, 360 vision/cams (5120x5120/150fps x2 arguably '25K'!), CR coaxial VTOL wing, UNDER 250g )

    1) Works the same as any other FC with SpeedyBee adatper. I setup the model using a PC and use SpeedyBee at the field for tweaks 2) I am not aware of any system that can switch HD cameras. 3) If you manage to build that under 250g I'd be very interested in looking at it. That is a VERY tall order.. Best of luck.

This FC now also supports PX4! Out of those 3 firmware-systems: PX4, Ardupilot/Arducopter, iNav ... what do you recommend? As far as I know Arducopter and PX4 offer similar/same quality of position hold and stabilized autonomous flight ... but both are a bit of a pain to set up ... is iNav on the same level in regards to stability? And which of those systems supports DJI OSD?
