Ken Peck luckily they have no reason to. In fact they have reason not to. I mean, if I was a goblin and wizards were warring with each other, I’d be sitting back and laughing my ass off as my enemies kill each other and I just keep making money off them both.

In a way Goblin defiance is admirable. Most other magical creatures (giants, centaurs, house elves, etc) essentially submit to wizarding control because they don’t have the power, or the will to oppose Wizardkind. But the goblins would not have it! Goblins have no problem standing up for themselves, and have they means to fight back. That’s why in the current time period. Goblins have their own liaison office at the ministry. While none of the other magical beings have nothing of the sort.

Where did the bit about the goblin king going back on a deal come from? Because I was always fond of the idea of conflict coming from goblins having simply a different idea of ownership, where they believed that a wizard or witch could only buy ownership of an object for their life. That it is not how we understand it, but probably should respect their customs as a trade off for a goblin made item, and wizards/witches having taken advantage of them. It kind of feels like the continued characterisation of trying to make every good guy Griffindor, and trying to make sure Godric is made a flawless person. Rather than someone who took advantage of something and not realize it was not cool.

I only had 2 criticism of the Harry Potter series the first was the limited use of the many magical creatures( especially the creatures with near human intelligence)in the main plot as they were used as plot convince when needed as doby helping Harry and the centurs kidnapping umbridge etc as they were used when needed and had no effect on the story when they weren’t as if they didn’t exist second was the lack of explanation of the magical capabilities like what is possible where is the limit and what made a wizard powerful or weak which wasn’t clear and JK telling the readers who was strong and who was weak was evidence that the readers wouldn’t be able to knew it themselves as the rules wasn’t clear I know this minor issues and kinda of nitpicking but as one of the best books ever written it’s fair to criticize the small details as the books were nearly flawless

actually, The Cursed Child shows a non-canon alternate timeline, but in the end, that timeline was erased and Delphini was imprisoned. I still don't fully approve of Delphini's conception but JK certified it canon. Nothing we can do.

The good thing about the Rebellion is that it shows that both sides had good and bad reasons for doing so. Yes the Goblins were greedy, and lied about Godric having stolen the sword, but wizards are no better in the way that they demeaned Goblins, and treated them as 2nd Class Citizens.

Its an unpopular opinion i think but for me philosopher's stone was one of if not my favourite and the best potter book and movie. Purely because i felt like i was being introduced to a new world and i could easily see myself in Harry's shoes. The other books just became less believable as they went on. ( not sure if what i said made any bit of sense really)(sorry) i mean its more believable and relatable to an extent. Except for the whole magic and genocidal sorcerer bit.

Basically. The Fountain of Magical Brethren, in the eyes of a dense human, would show that all magical beings are equals. But to anyone actually looking, it shows how humans have an inflated sense of self-worth and how they believe al other intelligent magical beings are in awe of them. Which isn't true.

Nah, because there are a lot of great wizards. Essentially like in real life, bureaucracy is BS and the enemy of the people and their liberty and freedom, and in this case magical creatures as well, since again like in real life Bureaucracy it leads to totalitarianisms, and authoritarianism which has become the Modus Operandi of the Ministry of Magic. which I think Rowling may have put more than a litter of her disdain for the authoritarian British government into when she thought it up.

I have a theory you can make: Nagini. No this is not about Fantastic Beats, this is from the HARRY POTTER series itself. In the 1st book when The Dursley’s and Harry went to the zoo for Dudley’s birthday, Harry set a python free. That python looked pretty similar to Nagini. Since Nagini was showned in the 4th book, this theory could be true. Or, that could be Nagini’s child. Since the sign in the cage said “Bred in Captivity”, that egg could’ve been stolen, or Nagini could’ve been taken and took her egg there and bred he snake in Captivity. Then, Nagini’s child could’ve been set free, and later Nagini would be set free herself. Or as soon as Nagini turned a snake, they could’ve taken her in to the enclosure (depending when the zoo was made), since Nagini could’ve turned into a snake in the 1920’s-1940’s and she could’ve been set free by Tom Riddle and been captured again, leading us to the 1st theory. It’s your choice to make this a video or not. I hope you can though. :) Anyways, don’t attack me for anything, this is my opinion. -Fellow Witch

I dont think so. You literally just saw two snakes in the whole book and thought "they're related". It doesnt have to be. It can 100% be just a random snake, nothing to do with Nagini.
