what a lovely property... you suggest to build on the dirt plot but when you show the overview shot most of that dirt plot is outside the marked property? the views are stunning... lucky those that gets it !

look up ICF walls & decking. traditional buildings are very outdated & prone to many failures & issues, while not being energy efficient, comfortable, or long-lasting. :)

All mushrooms are eatable, some, just once.

Not bad, a lot of property seems to come up in Alcains

So much potential in this property. Has me thinking of solutions straightaway. A modern Pre-fab house on that site. Listening to the wind I’m thinking turbine. Two types of olives plus cherries for an income. A few chickens/ducks and probably sheep; to keep the grass down. There’s a lot going on. Take care of your back, my friend. I’m sure you’re taking notice of some good advice in that regard.

Oh I’ve just come back from Portugal looking for land to build! Didn’t see anything I wanted. I love this but the lack of a fresh spring, free flowing water is a shame! Love the views! Do you have anything more on a hillside with free flowing water? Must have permit to build. Thanks

What about irrigation in droughts? It is an amazing place!

Hello Stephen! I don't mention cattle because I don't know much about them, I love sheep and tend to always talk about them, because I am biased haha! You can hire in people to pick, but it is easy enough to do it yourself and the harvest window is such a long one that in my honest opinion it is just not worth hiring in external companies to harvest olives :D

The stone keeps the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter when heated correctly. There are numerous people who can build these type of homes here in the area 😊
