Hi Melanie, does the property come with a habitation licence? Or does it have a pre 1951 exception certificate? Or would a buyer have apply for habitation with the camera ?

It is currently lived in and registered as a rural construction with a certificate from the council stating it is exempt of licensing. If you need a habitation license, you can make a project to improve the house to meet all current living conditions stated by law or build a new house
