My ears pricked up when I heard the agent say, it's close to the sea but, I laughed out loud when she went on to say, it's a 45 minute drive 😂😂

@nir8924 - Indeed, a bit awkward at first, but with a bit of rehearsing it could become an interesting and valuable feature. For example he pointed out the back boiler we might have missed.
Hi Nick and Andrea The house has a lot of space and great possibilities in the lower area to improve it. The high ceilings and the coolness in the hot summer days are an advantage. A good price and a lush green environment is included. Regards to Portugal👋

I will need to convince my wife that we can retire in Portugal. 165K Euro is equivalent to 246K CAN$ and that's only half the price of our tiny and miserable 4-level-split house in Calgary, AB.

I also feel this is over priced for the current situation. There is nothing wrong overall, but the fit and finish and size isn't up to $165K price.
Very expensive for the amount of work and not as much land, loads of upgrades to make.
