Hiking 60km from Lingshed to Rangdum via Dipling in
Another 6 months in lockdown was not very kind to my health. So I decided to get fit by the only way I know how. Hiking in the mountains while visiting some remote villages along the way. This time I choose to visit Dipling which in my opinion is the most remote village in Ladakh. It was an introductory visit to get to know the village and its people. I'am hoping to go back for a more comprehensive visit in the near future.

What about "History" classes in the USA!. It was a struggle for me to get more understanding about India, the greatest civilization in the world and the largest Democracy in the world.
Now this is called "Happy Diwali" the correct timing of upload !
The best Indian blogger came up with a bang with tones of gifts for Diwali through his magnificent mesmerizing time lapse videos. Thank you sir for your all your efforts you have put in.
There's no place like India! ❤️ Happy Diwali to you and your family, Saravana. Thank you for another wonderful journey up in the Heavens.

I've always been a silent admirer of your travel videos, but I must say that this channel and your work is so underrated. I wish it gets the public reach it deserves. Keep immersing us virtually in ladakhi vibes sir😇
quality content..deserves million views..
I was in Dibling village in 1980. We started walking from Kishtwar crossed into Rangdum valley and stayed in Tashitongas village, crossed Pissdongla Pass to Dibling. Then followed the Oma Chu stream with manny crossings to the summer cultivations of Oma. Crossed Bramila to Lingshed and continued to Lamayuru. Two people, large loads, enough food for two months. It was a tough trek but we saw this part of the Himalayas when it was totally pristine.

Do you have any photos from that time? I am building an archive of Zanskar from this time. The archive will be used by the next generation of Zanskarpa to remember life at this time. Most photos of Zanskar at this time are in the archives of outside visitors. Let me know if this is something you can help with.

You are welcome Nima
the music captures the audience's mood perfectly, thanks for this video
You are extremely good at showing the real spirit of the mountains. You could have made at least 4 episodes of this journey so far and showed us more of your journey. Well you know better. Words always fall short of what you deserve. may be the fact that your channel is the ONLY channel I happily subscribed, will speak more than my words. God Bless you
🙏Respect brother.....I along with my mother went on a roadtrip to ladakh and covered the route from Kargil to Lamayuru via padum and I thought that this was the toughest drive of my life....But you went to interior arears that too on your foot trekking. Hatsoff brother.....A big salute to your determination

Me: I'm going to regain my pre-pandemic fitness by taking a 30 minute walk everyday. India In Motion: And I'm going to do it by hiking in 5000+ m mountain passes infested with bears.

What a video! Worth the wait ❤️ The efforts you take in each videos just keep increasing. Great work as always!!
Way to go!! I've always enjoyed your videos and have immense respect for the hard work that goes into making them. I'm also aware of the intense joy you must have while following your passion! Could you perhaps make some videos about the more hidden aspects of your travels, things like how you decide your itinerary, how you make reservations at homestays or how you get in touch with them. How do you navigate while on longer treks, away from civilization and gadgets. A brief account of how to take care of nature's calls while camping would also be helpful. I feel it would be immensely helpful for people like me who have taken inspiration from you. Thanks and please keep up the good work!
Sir u make us fall in love with mountains again and again ❤
The most brilliant and well shot, well cinemetographed vlog I have come across off late. I m your fan now
Brilliant vlog and spectacular views. Thank you for sharing. 👍🏽💯🇬🇧
Simplicity, minimalist effects/texts...pure landscapes with soothing narration. This work requires huge huge collaborations like NatGeo, Or any other Docuseries. KZread views/likes are not the only metrics for this amazing work. And lastly love the background score of 'already there'. Thank you so much for this.
What a beautiful video Sharavana. Your trek, your stay, the landscape and the music together makes it so poetic, so ecstatic 💙❤️🎶🎵. Really wondering what your inner experience could be through these ten days...
I was just waiting so bad for your videos...great to see you back!!!
