Here is my issue: if he texts hey and you ignore/leave on read, he's not going to do more than that. Tell him what you expect from his conversation. Him: hey, You: Hi. Love to talk to you. Do you have time to call me? If he says anything but yes and then calls, you can wish him a good night and let him try again tomorrow. This man texted her for over 2 weeks with hey/hi/hey sexy/hey babe because she let him. I don't let men clog up my phone with single word texts--either text me like an adult, call me (my preference), or get gone/blocked. Don't put this ALL on men, ladies. Closed mouths can't get fed up.

We can be the blame for not seeing and being willing to address red flags. That young lady clearly said she's not for the games, however her texts said otherwise. She entertained and accepted his request to see her AT 10 pm. Very little is still open so what's his intentions at that time of night? We must do better and speak up to these F boys. Instead she made a passive joke about him standing her up. He checked her, told her what it really was, and she still came on the show acting clueless about his booty-call advances! Now she'll be mad at him, but she let him waste her time! There's more men out here than there are women, but that doesn't mean we have to put up with their games. Know better, do better.
