    yea the video went downhill from there LuL...2 years now and still on half lay straddle planche and I train every other day.

    he says athlete not normal person, athletes will already be in shape, and it’s important athletes are used to consistent training so they’re more likely to continue at a steady rate which will take a few months. it’s just most people aren’t athletes.

    This is really motivating! Been training for 6 month and "only" can do tucked planche for 3 sec. I am 194 cm.

    6ft 4 (196cm) and its hard. But can be achieved. It will probably take alot longer than the average height person . But i won't give up

    6'4 as well. It's rough for sure, but I'm still seeing progress and as long as I got that, I know it's working even if slowly.

    thanks for the tip, im training to get my first muscle up. I currently can do about 23 chin ups, but a muscle up is a struggle. I'll keep trying.

    I'm 6'7" (201cm) and 180 lbs (81kg) the greatest advantage is I can reach a high pull up bar easily, lol I just happy that I can do 17 pullups with my long super skinny arms

    @@11valdano it's going....finally hit 20 super clean pull-ups just last week. Quite happy about that. Plus hitting 40-41 very chest to ground push-ups in 1 min

    It's not just height. It's about proportion. Long legs and short arms make everything harder.

    @@RustyIsScared no, he literally said short arms make everything harder. Short arms actually make a lot of things easier because that equals shorter range of motion and work=force x distance

    Tall gymnasts are like short basketball players. You can still have fun and get better, but certain body types are better suited to excel at certain things.

    It's not an excuse, but it's absolutely a factor in how difficult most exercises will be. It's cool to look at the top 0.0001% of tall athletes and use them as the example for how everything is possible, but tall guys can never possibly reach the level short guys can, it's really that simple. Whatever your level is at personally, it would be higher if you were shorter.

    I will argue with you on this. I am 6ft 2, 155lbs, fit. Long and skinny limbs. Low pushups cause extreme pain on my elbows. Dead hang pullups cause extreme stress to muscles around my shoulders. Why don't you adress the issue of tall SKINNY boned people doing calisthenics? The title of this video is misleading.

    I'm 6'7" and 180. Work on yoga and other ways to improve your mobility. I truly f up my shoulder a few times from skiing, bit now I can do 17 dead hang pullups with no problem, and at least 60 (flat) chest to the ground pushups

    @@proverbalizer Buy those mass gain powders. 1300 cal a scoop. Have 2 scoops two times a day, breakfast and then after dinner. Thats 5200 cal
