    Great vid! As someone who came through this, I can definitely say that everything comes with purpose, and after that, you come out better in one way or another.     Right now I am trying to get better at both climbing and street lifting and have learned some things. I am using a method where I do street lifting training like dips but on my rest period I strengthen my fingers by using a hangboard or pinch block with a loading pin. You can also maybe try to do street lifting and climb on rest periods but if you do that you might want to have a little rest where you are not climbing since climbing can be a bit tiring.

    All I got from watching the video is that nobody's bicep is safe when doing weighted or body weight calisthenics
