​@@WocklessGamingforAnimeMoms Heavy Load are the O.G's of Swedish Heavy Metal, very early with Viking themed lyrics as well which you know Bathory later adopted as well:) Front man of Heavy Load Ragne Wahlquist is also known for being theproducer/engineer of Candlemass's classic albums Epicus Doomicus Metallicus and Nightfall which were recorded at his studio.

Heavy load is undoubtedly the BEST metal band that ever came out from Sweden!long live live epic metal,long live heavy load!

It's a pure fucking shame these guys are so overlooked. That opening riff is just so powerful, makes me think of a valkyrie on a motorcycle flying down an open highway. Only Heavy Load can do something like that.

Heavy Load had some of the best Heavy metal album covers ever, and the music is pretty cool too. Heavy Load sweeps floors with their countrymen Europe.

@@adameves5970 I'm a millennial and I agree. I like some bands that scream, but that's all that seems to get promoted now whereas groups like Enforcer, Christian Mistress, etc don't get as much attention as they deserve I think
